Still unable to update, did everything the site asked me to,did MSCONFIG... uninstalled reinstalled game, disabled all back ground programs..anyone else having this issue?

Yup, having the same damn problem and it's driving me crazy. I was hoping to jump in right away. Well I guess not.

Yes this is silly, I guess it depends on where you stay as well.  Does anyone that actually work there check these posts?

Did you download the new client? You cant play from the cbt Client. Uninstall it and dl this: http://www.bladeandsoul.com/en/news/head-start-has-begun/ 

and install it. Had the same problem and now it works fine.

Yea i had this problem too for about 1 hour trying to solve it. And problem was i was using beta client.
