I forgot to add (which I've since corrected) that we're a Crimson Legion clan, sadly, in blade and soul clans are locked to factions.

Greetings travelers, We welcome you to the Dreamcloud. Who are we? We’re a relatively new clan, made up of strangers from all over. We just enjoy playing the game casually and helping each other out where we can. If you’re looking for a casual clan. Looking for people to help (you). Or even looking for people to run dungeons with, you might feel at home here. Our goal is to just enjoy the game together and help each other out. All are welcome in our clan. Requirements to join: Must understand and write English Must be above 18 (due to the mature nature of the chat) Not Required: We DON’T require you to use discord, or any voice chat for that matter. We DON’T require you to contribute anything to the clan. Just enjoy your time and take things slow. We DON’T require you to be active, we understand that people have lives. Just play the game how you want to play. What we can offer: A friendly environment of people just playing the game casually. Help for new, old and returning players that might need it. A casual environment without pressure of competing against others. Other things of note: We’re still relatively new and growing. We’re currently at rank 2 and intend to reach rank 5 for the clan uniforms. That said, we’re not a PVP oriented clan, we mostly focus on PVE, Dungeons and random banter. Some of us enjoy Role Playing, we’re not an RP clan however, but if you enjoy that sort of thing, you can always give us a shot as well. (Or avoid us entirely if you despise them) We're an Crimson Legion clan, this means that if you wish to join, you'll have to be part of the Crimson Legion in order to do so. Marketplace selling is a jerk.... but I agree

Since there is no specific topic for Feedback and Suggestions for the game, I'm suggesting one.... I'm also going to give a little bit of feedback to fill this space and this will be aimed at the PVP (the faction thingy) Look, I get faction vs faction, its a good idea and it creates for some interesting pvp, but could you please disable it unless players are in a certain area? like a pvp arena? I'm not joking when I'm saying that currently I'm at level 17, waiting in Ever dusk for one of my friends, and around me are 3 level 30+ 1 level 45 and 3 level 10+ players, murdering every player from my faction that I can see, killing them instantly when they respawn, calling them names, etc, generally toxic and exploitive behaviour. I get that you can un-equip your faction clothing to not be attacked, but is that really the solution here? As the system stands right now it only causes toxic behaviour so I hope it'll be changed sometime. Also, the forum login system doesn't work on chrome, it re-directs me to all the other /sso/login sites from ncsoft, but it doesn't actually log me in on the forums, had to use I.E to write this....

Have you checked your anti-virus software and the bar on the bottom right to look for a icon?

Add the blade and soul installation directory and the ncsoft launcher to the windows defender exclusion, even if you're not using windows defender, it still blocks connections for certain games.
