Basically, soul boost rewards are a copy-paste from KR, based on current KR upgrading costs of the different items. That explains why we are actually missing upgrade mats for accessories/weapon/soul/heart/pet/talisman etc. It should be fixed asap somehow but ykno.

Just roll back all the silversteel 6 to dragonspire 6 and increase cost, or leave the cost the same (25 ores) for everyone. A company cant make players pay for its mistakes all the time no matter what, it's seriously lack of basics.
