It does seem that whatever testing may have been done... it wasn't very thorough. There are missing materials for the Silversteel Weapon upgrade, and materials that we don't use (we're missing 3 PTS, 4 Empyreans and 10 Elder Scales as far as I recall) which will affect new/returning players more than the rest of us. I see the Awakened Uzume Earring Chest but no Awakened Uzume Ring Chest... yet 2 Awakened Wild Spirit Bracelet Chests - also not a huge issue for most of us but would help new/returning players more. This also concerns me: So Thunderflux Soul Evolution Stone Upgrade RNG?

Just head down to the "Bot Channels", click on "class-requests" and type in ">iam Dual Blade"... this should add you to the Dual Blade class channel where there should be some pinned guides/references and you can always ask any questions you may have there. Hope that helps 😉

Not 100% sure if this is the cause, but the same thing happened to me. I'm gonna guess that you updated during the originally forecast downtime as I did, and most likely got the newer files for which the original patch was intended. Scan files downloaded something, but that didn't fix anything. Only solution I managed was delete the game folder and reinstall... all sorted now.
