    I noticed this some time ago but I thought that was just me. Now I see this is happening to other people as well. I don't know when this happened but now the only time I see the facial expression changing is in the character selection screen.

    Yeah the chat is broken. Can't see faction, guild or party chat. Only the normal /s works. This is in Cardinal gates by the way.
