I would have to agree on the whole keybinding setup being rather limiting (although i can get mostly around it through keypress bindings on my logitech mouse) ESPECIALLY for a game with such combat and PvP focus, but what gets me most about the setup is that, even if you workaround the hotkeys, you can't even move the skills around the hotbar due to the hard coding of the placements. Sure you can press that 8th skill way over yonder easier, but it is still detrimental if you gotta tear your eyes away from your mains skills constantly just to check it instead of being able to place it (or even that chain of skills) in an area or slot thats more convienient for you. Thats kinda been like industry standard MMO hotbar stuff since forever.
