Lol, If writing to support did us any good, we wouldn't take it to the forums, Directly afterwards. I'd bet money, that Not only the clan bonus problem, but also the F2 issues, for profile pictures, were reported to Support, at least 3000 times. The person who wrote that post is a veteran player. So is the one who wrote in F2, maybe , just MAYBE, look into finding out why you have to do supports job for them half the time. I would at least if your job was my job, cause how are you supposed to effectively do your job , if you have to do supports job half the time. Just my 2 pennies.

While 90% of what you said is right, Maintenance has fluctuated with the time change since Beta. Just saying.
