  2. Well, whether they change it or not right now, I think the important thing is to try. Perhaps by having all your friends post regarding an issue, we can be heard (or at least loud enough not be ignored). So definitely keep posting! I definitely agree--I think the drops of dungeons need to be substantially buffed. Scales and gear and items all! Community team, please consider this!

  4. I think this is a great idea! I also think allowing us to exchange old cores (e.g. draken) for new cores at a certain exchange rate would be nice. :) Thanks for thinking of this suggestion!
  5. Update: Thank you team for adding lighting rod into SB simple mode! My burst is now 4.7 mil instead of 3.3 mil. That's awesome!

  7. A) Some quality of life stuff. Please put the dps meter back in easy mode! It's a simple thing that is often used. It is already in hard mode dungeons and raids, so why not easy mode dungeons? Please consider giving us a normal mode. Players need something in between easy and hard, something between no-work dps and soul-crushing wipes. We need something for practice and also something with better drops! Easy mode drops are notoriously bad, with legendary drops not even showing up for some people in 150+ runs. If you won't place normal mode in the game for us, consider increasing those drop rates, please. It would be much more enjoyable with the hope of legendary drops in all dungeons! Speaking of dungeons, please make hard mode dungeons more rewarding. Consider adding special achievements for doing hard mode mechanics, or special drops that matter a lot, or events around hard mode runs. The community as it is does not run hard mode, and it sadly is left by the wayside, except for dedicated guilds. If the casual player wanted to run hard mode, there would not be a single party for them. So please, make hard mode dungeons more rewarding! B) Crafting changes. Right now, crafting has undergone a rework, but unsuccessfully. Players view it as unrewarding, frustrating, and meaningless. To help fix this, here are some suggestions: NO RNG! That was one of the biggest things in the western market that we asked for as different than the eastern market. We were happier with higher weapon costs instead of rng for weapon increases. So the same for crafting! Feel free to increase costs slightly for Premium Transformation Stones, Sacred Vials, and Pet Packs, but NO RNG! Let this be a guaranteed thing people can work for, not tossing coins to the wind! Allow all items in the crafting menu to be crafted with bound materials. Transformation stones, Gilded Hongmoon diamonds, all of it. Those will be untradable, of course, but it allows people to farm for these necessary items, which is already hard enough. C) Polls for new events. Don't just push through KR changes, ask us! Put in polls for events and patches like you used to (long ago when you asked us if we wanted wings, pets, or housing). Or as above, allow a panel of players to help you make those decisions. Allow us to have a voice, please! Speaking of events, please help fix the current hunter's refuge! Allow for multiple instances of 300 people. This encourages players and competition without limiting it only to the people with the fastest computers. Consider equalized gear, like shackled isles! This would make it much more fair and make it so we would not have to switch between pvp and pve gear, etc. D) Other miscellaneous changes. Please consider decreasing the TOI trial arena stage 10 hp. This is currently over 3x what it used to be, and the fight is already difficult enough with the AI abilities. As an avid shadow sin player, it would be much better and more fair to have our bracelet activated by time bomb also, not poison bomb. Please consider switching this for our quality of life! Speaking of which, since all bosses can see through stealth, and aoes are everywhere in raids, please consider adding a small damage buffer, for example 10%hp, to the shadow sin's stealth. It does not actually prevent damage, but what it does is prevent the shadow sin from being knocked out of stealth every 2 seconds and allows for more consistent dps. When the buffer is gone they can be knocked out of stealth, or with a super powerful aoe the same will happen, but they won't be constantly knocked out of stealth for small attacks and DoTs. Please consider this! Also, it would be so cool to have a cosmetic "aura" like when you are using your talisman, only with customizable colors and types. Please consider putting this in. E) PvP changes. A lot could be said here, and there are many differing opinions. Simply put, my main suggestions are this: Make equalized 6v6. Not only do I think that would be a much better ESport to watch than BR, with more team play and complexity, but then all the players could enjoy and not just the high-tier pvpers. This would be amazing if you made it! Halve or significantly lower damage of 1-shot abilities in arena. Especially ones that can be activated quickly and without difficulty. There should not be the ability to 1-shot in equalized arena! A single blow should never do more than 20-25% hp, and a single combo never more than 50%. Please encourage skill and combos and reflex and timing in equalized pvp! That is the short version of my thoughts. Please community, comment your thoughts as well! Do you agree?   8. Blade and Soul community, things are dire. Morale is low, dissension is high, and problems run rampant. Yet all is not lost! We as the community must come together and bring suggestions, feedback, and constructive criticism to help the publishers and developers understand what we want. We should work together, consistently bringing up issues and assenting to each others' feedback to make it apparent to NC how we feel and what the game needs. Games are won or lost by the community, and now is the perfect time to step up and help each other. This is not merely a morale raiser, it's a plug for others and it's a request for help. There are B&S youtubers and content creators who are looking to make a difference, too (am I allowed to name for plugs? idk but anyway). Support them as they reach out to NC-W and try to get the ear of those who make decisions. Community team, if you read this post, please please allow for a panel of players to help vet/suggest ideas regarding new patches and changes! Please give us a voice to speak our mind, civilly, so that we can make Blade and Soul a better place! I support them in their plans. Community, please, if you see ideas you like on the forums, upvote and assent! Share like ideas! Send support tickets of suggestions and bug fixes! We need more people who can positively, rationally, and insistently ask for better changes and treatment. So please help each other! As for my part, I'm supporting the blade and soul content creators, I'm posting here, and I'm happy to submit more tickets for NC-W to have more ideas. I'm also going to detail several possible quality of life changes and suggestions below, so please comment if you agree or have better ideas! A few of my suggestions, both simple and more complex, are as follows:
  9. Primarily, some quality of life ones. Here is a small list for starters: a) Fix the allegiance soul badge. It does not refresh mine toss as it should. b) When in a dungeon and a boss is killed, resetting all skills, please switch shadow sin skill toolbar back to decoy mode. They often get stuck in stealth mode, causing problems at the next boss. c) Please fix bug where close shave does not keep opponents staggered. Also please fix the bug where close shave will end you up in front of the enemy instead of behind. Especially when frozen in place. d) Please fix the bug where your teleport skills (dead drop, shadowslip, swiftstep, etc.) do not turn your camera around, and instead leave you uselessly facing the other direction unless you turn the camera manually. Community team, if you are there and listening, let me know and I'll gladly provide video proof for all of the above bugs. If it will help improve my class I'll do whatever I can. Thank you.
  10. With the new patch, we now also receive notifications about "unbinds available" even if we can't do anything about it. Please give us the option to not see those notifications! (it gets pretty annoying for ocd people) And while you're at it, please also allow us to hide other notifications that may bother us, like mail or such if needed. Thank you!
  11. So with the last patch, lightning sins got nerfed, somewhat substantially. We are no longer able to animation cancel, and so can put out far less lightning rods than we used to, causing our dps to drop, in some cases severely. In return, simple mode has been buffed slightly. However, simple mode does not reflect the standard skills used, especially in soulburn. We can slightly fix this by disabling death from above, but we cannot add things into the simple mode rotation. In light of this, I suggest one of two things. This is under the assumption that the devs do not want to give us back animation cancels. a) You could either buff our attack damage to reflect our missing lightning rods so we can be back to on par with other classes. b) You could add lightning rod into the simple mode for soulburn, so we can utilize that while in parties. This would at least allow us to use our most powerful skill when soulburned, rather than just heart stab. Thank you for your consideration.
