Trove expansion slots appear to be removed from F10 for HM Coin tab, is this intentional? Are expansion slots only for NCoin on this trove?

Is anyone else frustrated at not being able to get this outfit? (Yes I know many people get 1/2/10 of these outfits). Everything I do in this game is towards outfits and 95% of any spending I did was also towards outfits, and yet there is no way to grind or get this one. And I love bulbari stuff
