  1. Update on mine. A different support member replied to my ticket, said the same thing, then said any further replies would not be responded to. :)))

  3. LOL wow. "you did not complete the challenges. you completed the 3 challenges. you needed to complete the challenges." Somehow the response you got is worse than mine lol. Mine they just said I did no challenges, I showed them that I did, then they just repeated themselves.
  4. Goodluck :( Hopefully that'll listen to you. Dude didn't seem to give a ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ about me. I've been playing since beta, and I remember the staff and support for this game used to be waaaaaay better. Seems like it's just cash-grab now...
  5. Had the same thing happen to me. Sent in a support ticket and they said my astromancer completed no dailies during the entire event period. I showed them proof that I had, and they said they wouldn't do anything. :( Not happy.
  6. I had the same thing happen to me. I did my 3 dailies over the last weekend of the event (Fri, Sat, Sun) and received nothing yesterday (Wed). I contacted player support and they said I did not complete a single daily. I sent them screenshot proof that I did, and they said there was nothing they would do. :v
