    Because a friend of mine is having the same issue and we don't know what to do. He added the NCSoft folder to firewall and antivirus exclusions, but it didn't fix the problem. He keeps getting the same pop up.

If you would like to report a player for inappropriate behavior (including harassment, botting and spamming), please contact our Customer Support and they will further investigate the issue. Our forums are not the appropriate place for this kind of reports.

    If you think your account has been banned wrongly and you would like to appeal your ban, please send an email directly to appeal@ncsoft.com. They will then review this ban. Please note, however, that for privacy and data protection reasons, we cannot discuss these cases on a public forum or with a person other than the account owner. 

     

    We are currently experiencing a higher-than-usual amount of tickets resulting in a longer response time. However, our Support does its best to reply to each and every tickets in a timely manner. Please be patient and give our Support a chance to get back to your friend.

     

    A little note on the side: Updating and/or bumping your tickets actually sends them back to the end of the ticketing queue resulting in a longer response time so make sure all relevant information is entered before submitting the request.

    Please contacted our
    Customer Support about this issue. Note, though, that the usual processing time can take up to 72 hours. This time can be longer if you bump or modify your ticket as this will set it back at the end of the queue, so make sure you have entered all relevant information before submitting your request to avoid longer waiting times.
