No, tags are supposed to be competitive, and disabling premade groups will kill that. You already have 6v6 if you want to play with random players, you don't have to bring down 3v3 too. Just change so it's available every day for 5-6h.

I think restricting 1v1 and 3v3 to certain times is a good idea, but 3v3 is too restricted. Please, consider making it everyday and up it to 4h a day. 3v3 is my favorite content and I don't want to be locked out of playing it this much.
