Pretty much what the title says. KR has it permanently in their store and it would be a huge help to those wanting to try out new classes. I currently have the nccoin to buy the voucher, but having to wait months for possible new specs to come out to *maybe* see it is too long. I know they only really care about money coming in, but why not add something that could get them a hella lot of revenue?
