Na and eu does have test servers thats from what they stream their patch previews. However testing is only done by NCstaff only and not players like in kr test server.

Hi there yes game is realy badly optimized however there are things we could do on our pc to make it more bearable. Search-bns optimization- in youtube, there are quite few videos of what you can do to make it better and try it out. However for every person it can react diferently so you need to try it yourself.

All 3 classes you mentioned are good for pve. The question you should ask yourself what else except dps you want from class. If you not afraid of tanking you can pick kfm it can be both tank and dps. If you prefer support/dps then sf and fm are good choice as both have skills thats is realy usfull in dung or raids. And their dmg is one of the highest now. Every class is viable in pve its a only a matter of taste and what you want realy. Some classes shines from lower tier gear till end game. Some classes starts to shine only when you get some more gear. So its a matter of what you want and dont want yo do :)

Sadly no one knows and they will not tell what or how or when they will bring certan costiums or their pieces back. So your only choice is wait.

Its most likly like that because asians arent targeted customers. Na and eu were targeted to na and eu ppl so i realy doubt they gona change it just because ppl from other regions plays here. Although i woul suggest them to add more koldrak times during day. Like every 2-3h starting from midnight that would solve this problem not only for ppl who choose to play from other regions but also for ppl who might work 2nd half of day when koldrak opens :)

Yo i am not pro wind bd but can help how to start as i also have lil wind bd alt :D For start what you need is 3 things: 1.Hm z skill is a must 2.Legendery soulbage 3. And eternity soulbage(dont remember if name is corect will check when i come back home) Hm z wil let you use your f(roling typhoon) with 1 wind orb instead of 3 during its time. Soulbage lets you use your f during z skill without using rmb. Legendery soulbage lets you get more wind orbs per rmb. ROTAION: during your Z skill it will be fff>rmb>FFF>rmb>fff (its your burts rotation) After your z runs out you use 2( its decreese your z cooldown). Also from skills 2 and x you get wind surge during it you get 1 more wind orb and your rotation with all items should be like this: rmb+F till surge runs out. And when z is up use x+Z and then burst rotation.
