For the "bugged" Accessory Chests, we'll be replacing them with the correct version through a different process. It might not be completed during the maintenance but you'll get a replacement before the end of the week.

We agree Hard Difficulty should be hard, but we wanted to slightly increase the dungeon clear rate. The changes for Hard Difficulty is small so it'll still be almost as challenging as it is now, maybe just a tad quicker to finish.

Greeting Crickets! These are the changes going in effect this Wednesday: Bosses in Easy, Normal, and Hard dungeon difficulties will be adjusted. The number keys on AZERTY keyboards should now work correctly. The Thornwind Accessory Chest will once again available from Dragon Trader Junsorei. Sanctum Bracelet Chest will give the correct bracelet for Destroyers, Force Masters, and Summoners. The Call to Arms event’s Armory Chest stages 2 and 5 will provide the correct Celestial Emperor accessory chests. The Skybreak Ring Chest will give a Skybreak Ring for Dual Blade characters. The Detailed Battle Records in the Hongmoon Training Room will be properly labeled. The Safeguard Belt and Dawnbright Gloves buff icons will appear once more. The Exclusive Premium Membership Icon image will no longer be missing from the Premium Membership Info tab. Rescued NPCs in Act 1 Chapter 10: South Anchor’s Away quest will no longer stuck in a T-pose. Ascendant Razor Stage - 1 cooldown decrease will be corrected. The description on the Gunslingers’ Songbird Soul Badge will correctly reflects how it uses Focus. The Thornbreaker Mystic Badge 350% damage modifier for the Rolling Typhoon ability will now work. For gamepad support, it is currently in redevelopment and we’ll let you know as soon as it is available in game again. Thank you!

We received confirmation that a Thornwind Accessory Chest will available on Junsorei on Wednesday. It is limit 2 per character for 1000g and 10 Shimmering Scales.

While I'm not ignoring the other things you've mentioned, let me answer a few of the concerns you've brought up: We've reporting some of the lighting and shading issues a few others have shared. We're working with the dev team on bringing the feature back. Yup, we're making the adjustments on Wednesday! Are there any particular maps and costumes you've seen this on? We've already gotten a few reports so just want to provide as much information to the dev team. It's not 13 but the team increased the one per Account limit for NCoin to limit one per week until October 6.

@Yukana Lycan You can contact Customer Support to move the Call to Arms items from the bundle to your Warden. Our team knows claiming items on the wrong character happens so they should be able to take care of that for you. It will likely use one of your restoration tokens.

Hello All, Thank you for your overwhelming feedback regarding Gamepad support for the game. We are currently working with the dev team on bringing back gamepad support. Unfortunately, the system does require redevelopment for UE4. We don’t have an exact timeframe of when it’ll be available again. It is a priority for us and we’ll let you know its availability as its ready. Thank you!

First, I want to think you all for sharing your feedback and experience on this. We'll be further reducing the Boss Health and AP to the dungeons for all 3 difficulties. The change will go in next Wednesday during the maintenance.

There are a few chests that cannot be opened by Dual Blades. 😣 And we have written them up as bugs.

Hi @luzt! The team is very happy the launch was smooth but of course the work never ends. 😅 I just responded to another thread about this issue. The Premium Transformation Stone is intended and all Breakthrough Chests Stage 4+ will have them!

There next chapters don't come out until later this year.

Yes, they are bugged for Dual Blade. It's an issue we've sent up to the team to fix.

Your NC Launcher is missing an update. You'll need to first uninstall the NC Launcher (this is key) and then reinstall it.

To add to that you can also contact our Customer Support to get your Boost Voucher swapped (we essentially delete your old one and send you a new one which puts the Voucher in the beginning of your Mail).

Try launching the game through NC Launcher directly vs using the BNS shortcut.
