Starting on October 6, 4:00 a.m. PDT / 1:00 p.m. CEST, all servers will undergo maintenance for approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes. An in-game notice will be given 30 minutes prior to the maintenance starting. Changes Routine server maintenance and modifications. Blade & Ghoul update will go live. Personally, I'd love the feature but since it was never developed for the game, I think the next best solution is to request more items be Bound to Account and lower the mailing fees.

I feel like we have offered Scarlet Empress' Frond in some shape in the past but not as often now since there have been a couple of new weapon tiers. You bring up a good point though so it'll be good to see it offered again in events so alts or those who missed Call to Arms can upgrade their GC weapons to TB simpler.

Hey! All the bugs you've mentioned have been written up for investigation or a fix. For your other points: I don't think we're making any more adjustments for the dungeon difficulties but we are adjusting some of the rewards for Act XI Part 1 Epic Quest. I have raised the point about the drops not as they were before UE4 so let me follow up again. We completely understand and Junsorei will hae Onyx Scales for 10 Imperial Cores next week, and the Dungeon Treasures Selection Chest will have its Fragments increased so Onyx Scale Fragments will be from 15 to 60. I can't speak to why Obsidian Gems are still hard to obtain. It could be accidentally left out or needs an update. I can follow up. Discordia Necklace has been specifically called out as not available from Junsorei or any other form, but, we are missing PVP accessory exchanges and that has been written up as well. We'll have a better idea of what will be fixed by early next week so I'll post a list of changes once confirmed!

The biweekly Costume Rotation will be returning soon, and yes, I can inquire about changing out the permanent costumes in the store.

Unfortunately, there will not be any new fixes this maintenance but we should have some next week. We can't confirm what will be fixed exactly yet but I do hope the Armory Chest Pet Gems are one of them.

Thanks for bringing this up. We haven't set a timeline yet for our release. Since it just got released, there may be a few bugs that need to get resolved with it before it reaches us.

Hi all, As you noticed, there were no fixes deployed yesterday with the maintenance. We do have a list of issues we're waiting to hear back on and their fix. That includes the Pet Gems from the Armory Chests. Thank you!

Hello Cricket, We’ve compiled a list of community reported suggestions to resolve some of the game performance issues some of you have been experiencing. The game has low/unplayable FPS. / Game plays frame by frame. Check your computer’s audio output device. If you have an Oculus device it may have switched to that or another output device that isn’t your default. Change the output device back to your usual. Reduce the Shadow Quality in the game: Settings > Graphics > Advanced Settings. Reduce the Object Display/Visibility in the game: Settings > Graphics > Advanced Settings. The game looks blurry. Increase Resolution Quality and uncheck Bloom and Volumetric Fog Effect in the game: Settings > Graphics > Advanced Settings. Playing on laptop has low FPS. Check your NVIDIA Settings and make sure it’s not trying to run the game on the integrated graphics Gamepad/Controller Support is no longer available. We’re working on redeveloping gamepad support for UE4. In the meantime, a few community members have suggested joytokey and reWASD. If you have any other recommendations for your fellow player, please share it below and we’ll update this thread. Thank you!

Hello All, Launching the Unreal Engine 4 Update was a momentous milestone for us. Not only have we seen better game performance, but the door is also open for new developments for Blade & Soul. We’re in the progress of adding a new anti-cheat system to Blade & Soul. It is one of our priority projects. The system will allow us to detect accounts that have made malicious client edits for advantageous gameplay. When we catch these accounts, we will swiftly remove them from the game. Please continue to report in-game exploiters you come across to our Customer Support team with video or screenshot evidence you may have. With your reports and the anti-cheat system, we will combat exploiters in our game together. Thank you!
