With the Eternal Night update on May 9, you'll be able to purchase Junghado's cosmetics -- Bodyguard and Swordsman Hat -- from Tower Trader Kangcha for 750 and 300 Warriors Tokens respectively. Please keep in mind that the build is still in development and the prices may vary.

Hey everyone! Apologies that the SteelSeries code is working differently than what you're used to. Here is the process to enter the code:
- Visit https://shop.ncsoft.com/myshop/applyacode and enter the SteelSeries key in the box below Enter Your Serial Code then press the Activate button in order to automatically apply the code to your account.
- If you'd like to verify that the code has applied to your account, you can press the Transaction History tab in the top navigation pane. Select Serial Codes on the left, then press the Blade & Soul tab to find that the Fire and Blood Premium Bundle is listed.

We have seen such astounding artistic Blade & Soul creations over the past few months and we want to show them off in our livestreams!
Please follow these steps if you would like to submit your artwork for a chance to be shown on the official Blade & Soul livestream:
- Attach an image file of your creation to a new email.
- Use the subject line "Blade & Soul Livestream Art Gallery Submission"
- Please include your character name and server for crediting on the livestream.

Include the below phrase within the body of the email:
- "I hereby state that I am the creator of the contents within this email and agree to allow the items to be shown on the Blade & Soul official livestream."

Game Updates
The in-game Marketplace (F5) and Character Info (F2) UI have been completely revamped to better fit the in-game UI
In addition, you can now cancel your sell orders from the marketplace. Please note that the listing fee will not be returned.
If an issue is encountered with these new changes, please submit a report in the Bug Report forum
System messages in French and German have been added
Events
- New Holiday themed costumes have been added to the Treasure Trove event
- The number of times the chest can be opened per day has been increased to 2
Hongmoon Store
- New costumes, accessories, and cat items have been added

General
- Skill numbers do not show in the Martial Tome
- Mail text limit has been increased to 512 characters
- The mail will be sent with no text displayed if when typing a mail with 512 characters
- No popup notification when disconnected from the server
Marketplace
- Special characters cannot be used in the Marketplace search field
- Buy and chart buttons may “disappear” from the UI after you swap pages
- The buttons still function when not visible
- Refreshing the page or changing to a new page can cause them to reappear
- Linking an item (CTRL+Left Click) with an apostrophe in its name to the Marketplace search box will display as “'”
- This will not return a result
- Only the apostrophe will show up as ' within the item name
- Changing the “'” to a ‘ will provide correct results
- Character Info will not display "+" and "x" for the Soul Shield stats popup on occasion
- Marketplace option for bidding an item in the "..." context menu reads "Buy" instead of "Bid"
- Character Info gem slot overview is missing gem icons
- Graph sometimes displays a white space below the graph
- Character Info visual anomalies in Soul Shield set bonus display
- French and German only: Empty search box displays English text
- German only: Searching "Verschmelzungspulver" will always return zero results
Ongoing Known Issues
- Heaven’s Reach: Summoner – Your character can sometimes get stuck while choosing a cat.
Workaround: Esc Menu at bottom right hand screen, select “Escape” (this is a unstuck feature)
- Heaven’s Reach – Your character can sometimes get stuck falling off the cliff.
Workaround: “4” key to resurrect, Esc Menu at bottom right hand screen, select “Escape”
NOTE: If those options are not available there is no workaround, and a new character must be created. Keep in mind that players can save their appearance profile by clicking F11 community menu at the bottom right hand corner -> Photo Gallery -> Bottom middle button -> Save. This will save the character’s appearance which can be re-used during character creation.
- Stuck/Rubberbanding
Workaround: Esc Menu at bottom right hand screen, select “Escape” (this is a unstuck feature), or if high enough level, double tap S to move back
- Black screen after a cut scene - Once this occurs restarting the game is the only way to resolve the issue.

Screenshot Capture Instructions:
1. Zoom into your character until your character disappears then slowly zoom out. This allows for you to move your camera with the mouse while your character stands still.
2. Press enter and type /bye then press enter again.
3. Quickly press CTRL-X to hide your user interface.
4. Press Print Screen to capture screenshots.
a. The screenshot folder is located within My Pictures in a folder named BnS.
Image Uploading Instructions:
1. Upload an image to an image uploading website, for example: Imgur, Flickr, etc.
2. Copy (CTRL+C) the Direct Link to the image.
3. Reply to this topic and select the Image icon within the Text Editor options.
4. Paste (CTRL+V) the Direct Link to the image in URL field and select the OK button.
5. Your image should now appear in the text box.

Game Updates
- Added Soulstone rewards for most level 45 faction quests
- Fixed several display issues related to Premium Points and benefits with more fixes to come
- Fixed an issue with overlapping text in Soul Shield tooltips
- Fixed an issue with the Tag Match UI in certain resolutions
- Fixed an issue where the boss was not displaying correctly on the map in Sentinel Ruins
- You can now repair your weapon in the staging area for Sentinel Ruins when running a Cross Server Dungeon
- Made some adjustments to survey questions and rewards
- Lowered the requirements for the “Top Chef” quest in the Cinderlands

- The Winter Treasure Chest event is now active!
- Try your luck once per day to get a special gift

Below are the changes we've made in Closed Beta 3.
Localization
- Soha's voice has been changed and her dialogue has been rewritten
- There may be some discrepancies with the voice over and text not matching which will be fixed in a later build
Hongmoon Store
- Added several new outfits
- Fixed the price of Scorching Dragon Soup
- Items marked with an hourglass icon will be available only for that Closed Beta weekend, so make sure to grab them
- Item list and prices are currently being tested and are not final
Bug Fixes
- Various localization fixes
- Soha's voice has been changed and her dialogue has been rewritten

So do we lose everything after the wipe? or do we at least get to keep premium membership progress? I don't know why I was thinking we'd get to keep everything, kinda makes me not want to bother getting my last 5 lvls and doing any end game stuffs... please add in the faqs if we get to keep anything at all. Aside from that, the game is great and enjoying the changes from the stupid russian server version~
The Premium Membership levels will indeed be reset with the character wipe so you will need to work on ranking up again when Blade & Soul launches. Although you will get your NCoin back at launch unless you used them within other NCSoft games so that should help. :)

Fixed the below known issues for Closed Beta 2:
- Chapter 7 in Heaven’s Reach – During the tutorial teaching you how to meditate, pressing “6” doesn’t advance the quest.
Workaround: Open Inventory with “I” key and right click the Healing Tonic to progress.
- “Socket to Me” Quest – If the quest is abandoned or completed with the training gem slotted into the weapon, the gem will be retained and cannot be sold, traded or destroyed.
Workaround: Acquire cheap weapon and slot the training gem and sell the weapon to any merchant.
