Yea but at least KR Server do have a patch notes, an announcement to decide before things happen by weeks, not suddenly oops, you can't upgrade your Heart, we have changed it without announcing that we will. ???? Does that make sense to you man? We should get notified so we get to react, and if not we should get a compensation. We are not in KR server man, if we are the same we better get heartbeat security system then its fair.

Hello, I'm here to say that after yesterday's update Especially The New All Heart Tiers Upgrading System Part and the Removal of Sacred Vials" , This made many players angry about this, All who I know, from clans and discord were not happy about the new heart upgrade system, that even people quit the game already after witnessing this change, because lets be realistic, one sacred vials costed 450-550 gold when one Sterling Scale costs more than 1700 gold which is more than triple the price, this change was not a good idea when there is only 1 way to get the Sterling Scales as mentioned in game by either doing HM Dungeons or The Aerodrome or Substratum Mythical dungeons at Stage 41+, which is Impossible for new players to do, and Heart upgrades are a "Must", and not only Its hard for new players also It's not easy for Everyone, So.. for my Heart, I needed 6 Sacred Vials for each stage, Which I can easy get by Farming Evolved Stones/Demon Spirit Stones and Transformation Stones, so there is more than 3 ways to get the Sacred Vials and I'm gonna get it with a 100% chance, Unity Stone Store/Honing Oils/2 Event Currencies, Unity gives 3 Vials, Honing oils gives 2, Events 2 Each which is total 9 Oils/week for free by only doing Dailies, with Sterling Scales, There is a high Possibility that I will end up with 0 Sterling Scales in a whole week, so either buff Sterling Scales drop rate by a lot so it doesn't require everyone to stay all day and night doing the same dungeon and get burned out and then quit the game for doing repetitive things, which is already happening, people did start quitting after this update, I'm suggesting to remove the "All Heart Tiers Sacred Vial removal" because It's so hard that its impossible to do, You are killing your game by doing this, Change the Heart upgrade system before its too late, before you lose a big percentage of blade and soul players for such an update that wasn't really necessary, Do something to your game before you lose all the players, The update wasn't even mentioned, Many People didn't know about the Sacred vial removal in heart stages and didn't use their Oils to upgrade their stuff, Make it fair by either making Sterling Scales easier to get for people to upgrade Heart and to prevent your game from dying for such a reason, Save your game.
