  1. No problem, I know it is frustrating to explain this everytime someone thinks it is easy to change things lol. I do understand it is hard or well impossible. If I am not mistaken they did change most of the early game in like 2018 right? I guess based on that I thought they listened to feedback in some ways. I will try somewhere else like an official Korean forum. I don't expect anything, but is pretty much just to make me feel better about it lol Thanks for your honesty.
  2. You know that the publisher for NA/EU can not change or impact the games direction in any way right? so does that mean that they can't offer any suggestion or pass feedback to the korean devs? I understand that my feedback is probably worth nothing to them, but maybe I should post it in a site in korean that the korean devs may see. Is fine, I don't expect this to change anything, I just want to try.
  3. Hello everyone! I have posted this before in the subreddit, but wanted to give my two cents here, perhaps so that the staff can see it and help a bit.(wishful thinking?) I am a new player that started playing this MMO last month and I just wanted to say that to save this game from losing more people the development team needs to fix the level 1 to 60 quest progression path and dungeons, also if possible please stop selling level 60 vouchers. I understand that their priority right now is to keep the players that still play and to do that they only invest on endgame content, but I feel like focusing on the endgame only is the reason why there is a low percentage of new players that stick with the game. Personally as a new player, I feel sad because it seems like everything before the endgame has been abandoned(empty dungeons, items without purpose, broken animations, unorganized quest progression..etc). so many NPC's questlines and mechanics that have been lost but you can still see the remains of what they once were. Is like looking at a skeleton of what was once something beautiful. I just started the game last month, but to me I think that it Is impossible to attract new players with how the game is right now. New players don't learn the mechanics and move from one zone to another too quickly, they don't need to do epic quests until level 60 and they don't need to farm any weapons or gear because the main quest always gives something better. This is a problem that cannot be fixed by making the game more difficult in order to sell a level 60 voucher because people would just abandon the game before spending money on it. Please consider revising the progression of the main quest, and make it more fun for new players. I think that if you only focus on keeping the few high leveled players that remain the game is going to eventually die out because there is nothing attracting new players. Sorry for writing so long and hope this can help even if it is just a little bit.
