If i tell you here they will delete my post 😉 Other regions publishers like for RU for example probably have strict contractual relations and NCSoft is "serving" them much more efficiently.

Well support staff was always nice and helpful in here to the extent its in their power. I'm just wondering why they have title "GM" when they are never actually seen in the game.

Everything you said is correct, just, for this exact issue I can't see his role being relevant for fixing it in any way, or possible excuse for any delays in that process. Everyone here behaves like hes only employee in NCWest. It happens that I work in software development industry, and be sure that every company can easy bridge absence of any individual, from support (in our case here, staff that communicates directly with community which includes CM himself) over decision making chain to developers and testers. And this is why I'm skeptical, event tho lets say at this very moment I don't have doubts of his sincere intentions, that just one person effort can fix all the bad management. If nothing other changes he will be just hitting walls and give up in the end as others before him.

@Knaxxxi Didn't read discord, but does not matter 👍 @Backstabpuss Well BnS profit is going significantly down last 4 quarters but they made huge profit on Lineage M so they don't care. They wont do anything about it that's for sure, don't even bother complaining. Hope tags don't bother you guys, if they do tell me ill stop 🙃

Its funny to observe community having to "cry" and "go rampart" on the forum for a month to get just part of fix done. Now maybe a month more for heart stones, a month more... Well your fault you was claiming rewards, no one was forcing you to press buttons... and please don't tag Mr. Dont Tagme @Green Storm ... ops...sorry.

The number of Everwill Soul Evolution Stones has been increased from 1 to 2 for Soulboost Levels 30 and 34. So lets hope there is some automatic compensation for characters that already claimed levels 30 and 34. If not, guess tomorrow is the day when there will be a lot of support tickets written 🙂 Same issue is with heart upgrade stones, we are getting 7 only, why is that not fixed too?

About faction chat, its close to very bottom of my priorities to read it, but then considering im doing stuff on multiple characters i still spend quite some time looking at it every week. I have saw quite some people complaining about event because rewards and upgrades are bugged, but haven't saw anything in line of what you are saying. About forum, im pretty sure i have red at least briefly every single topic since Soul Boost is out, and there is't anything here what you are saying. Can't comment on your clan discord though 😉 From my point of view bottom line is, blaming things on players when NC is giving new people bugged event to gear up is just distraction from the real problem. Do you think even if it's all as you say, that couple jerks telling stuff in some faction chat is more demotivating for new players than being blocked to progress and get the gains from event than NC designed specially for them?

Lol, he sure will go silent when he will have nothing to tell to us. Problems we are facing and that people are complain about right now have nothing to do with community manager and can't be solved with communication on forums. Its a month now since people cant enter Den of Ancients, which is part of ongoing event. Its been a month now that people don't know what to do with upgrades from Soul Boost event considering amounts are bugged and no-one knows how they going to fix it, if they even will. All this are technical problems that would not get patched into game to start with by any serious company. Should I even mention that half of player base is running game with cheat engine speed clearing dungeons? That some people are literally supporting their families and earning a monthly salary with selling cheat runs in TC HM? Or that half of players would not know how to do their classes dps rotation if there is no XML edit? So yeah, someone might say pointing out this is not "being constructive", but from my point of view telling the truth when people are avoiding to tackle real problems and running around them is for sure very constructive 😉

I have lived through couple generations of "old" players since 2016 and I have never saw any of them complaining about this kind of events that helps gearing up. Would you care to elaborate where you got to hear (read) this what you are claiming here?

First I don't think this game is someones "world", I guess people are just bit angry that good game is getting ruined by bad management and getting form bad to worse for years now. And that is the case exclusively with NCWest, all other regions even if not perfect are doing at least some better. Compare us with RU, they was always more or less on same stage as us. Personally I did get info (that came form RU region interestingly ;)) in time and upgraded my heart in time, I'm just having fun pointing out how incompetent NCWest is. And to be honest, stopped caring long ago, just that little hope they will give it to some other publisher for EU/NA region still remains 🙂

You keep telling us how it was better in our region and now its just getting same as everywhere else, which is not really correct. While we was struggling to get very rare sacred oils years ago, in KR it was literally raining, they was getting it as daily challenge completion reward. You just can't compare it the way you are doing it. Not to mention quality of service, performances of game, general effort and investment they are putting in KR region and ours region. If they want to treat us same, then they should treat us same in every aspect and invest in managing this region.

So, as I told before and got banned for it... KOLDRAK IS FIXED! I have just done it on 4 characters, no lags whatsoever, no disconnects, no delays of any kind, everything works just perfect. Everyone please congratulate and thank NCWest for great job they are doing to bring us flawless gaming experience. Thanks guys and especially thank you @Green Storm for not posting patch notes, that part of fixing Koldrak was quite significant too in my opinion 🙂

Ok lets say that is the case, fine. Why all other regions then have so much less bugs than NCWest, and even when they get some it gets fixed asap? How comes Russian publisher that is like on same patch progression stage as EU/NA can manage their game so much better?

From the patch notes we can read: Heart Sacred Vial has been removed from the Heart Upgrade requirements from True Virtuous Heart up to True Dauntless Heart Which is pretty much misleading statement. Sacred oils was not required, there was already path with Sterling Scales. So reality is that you simply removed 3 times cheaper upgrade path. Just to be clear what this change actually is. And doing so without even posting patch notes before the patch and giving players chance to upgrade before.

Actually you don't even need Den of Ancients to get Soul Boost finished. My main is on lvl 65, two more kills of Hong and its done. Not saying they should not fix it, ofc they should, I'm just sharing the info for everyone concerned. Guess Soul Boost exp distribution over levels is bugged and circumstantial too and this is what we got 🙂

So patch notes are thing of the past. RIP patch notes. 🤥

Tbh I taught we wont have a patch today, checked after midnight CET time and there was no announcement. @Green Stormmanaged to put announcement around 2-3AM CET time. Even if there are patch notes, if someone sleeps then works in morning, that timing is totally useless. Why can't we get informations earlier?

Seriously guys, "communication" is last of their issue atm. I wish they prove me wrong, but I'm pretty sure there is no person in NCWest that is currently actual with the game and have power or knowledge to influence anything. Ever since infamous Bamboo "event" when they was knowing about "abuse", threatening players on forum but done absolutely nothing for whole week to prevent it, it was obvious that they simply don't have proper staff and technical capabilities to manage own game. Late half-ass "solutions" to punish "abusers" that left some enormous rich and some that touched it out of pure curiosity "punished" just made things even worse. And similar things repeats over and over, and main problem is their technical inability to manage the game. Basic principle of MMO game is fairness, that work will be rewarded and that there is no shortcuts around it, and that same rules apply for everyone. Actual state of game is that community lost any sense of fairness and is abusing everything that can be abused, again as consequence of NCWest incompetence to manage the game. All the communication and fulfilling our wishes comes just after they become able to fix things above and to properly manage the game.

You guys are simply incapable of managing the game on technical level. @Green Storm Does test server still exist? Do patches get applied on it and tested by some GM(s) that actually knows and plays the game? Do you have the authority to simply postpone patch until proper one is delivered by Koreans? If answers are "no" any "engaging with community" can't help you, you are in trouble 😉
