  1. Past events never required players to spend any gold, except the one that was giving pvp items, but that was never the main event. Currently prices of usual event items are: bound sterling scale: 2000 gold sacred vial: 2500 gold pet pack: 1500 gold stigma crystal fragment: 2500 gold Each can be bough 30 times, requiring one to spend 255000 gold to buy 30 each from all 4 of them. Just the previous events of Running Race and Soul League required us to spend at most 1 copper for the very same items, so why this event require people to spend so much gold for same items? And there is no special activity to do in this event too, in the past events we either got event tokens by doing special activities (like the running race) or we got tokens from doing daily quests or challenges, now this event is just "spend gold to buy items" like a pay to win event but we already have throve for pay to win at the same time, which also require people to spend in game gold addition to spending real life money.
  2. The current outfit rotation is ending on 19th of August, and the summer is ending on 31st of August, just to clarify, are we getting summer outfits on the last 12 days of 92 days long summer?
  3. Sooo, what happened to this topic? As far as i know costs haven't changed, and nothing added to give more gold either, we got Kaebi Village for a month with very reduced rewards and its long gone now too.
  4. Isn't it false to claim that season 2 never got delayed? In this link you yourself announced extending season 1 for a month: Are you going to claim that season 2 did not get delayed cause season 1 extension cause season 2 was always planned to be started at early July, leaving 1 month between 2 soul boost seasons empty for no reason?

Im not sure if you are aware but the 2nd season of Soul Boost that nc delayed for a month is starting 2 weeks later, if you are going to share new info or new bug fixes will be applied next week, that means people will have only 1 week left to complete it. Please, for the love of god, do NOT delay 2nd season of Soul Boost for the 2nd time.
  6. For weapon, did you remove amulets too? You need to remove both gems and amulets to augment/evolve/lvl weapon. For transforming to Dire Wolf, it has a cool down of 1 minute, so are you not able to turn into one even after 1 minute passes after transforming to it once, or are you trying to transform into it again before 1 minute passes? I dont know about other classes so no comment on them.

  8. It is extremely weird and detached to suggest one time only first time clear rewards as a solution to how to farm something, not once but twice. You also told us that sterling scales can be get from stage 19 first time clear reward when thread was about they cant be farmed. Addition to rewards being one time only, are you also even aware how many characters so far managed to clear up to what floor among the floors you mentioned? Are you aware how much time or irl money required to be spent to get enough gear to clear each of these floors?

This is what makes 0 sense to me too, if they weren't caring about the game or they were lazy, they wouldn't go out of their way to remove stuff, because even nerfing some rewards by only changing numbers takes slightly more effort than just copy pasting the patches KR got. Someone intentionally making changes to the patches to make them worse and spend time on it, and i cant think of any reason for them to do it, why would someone intentionally put effort into changing patches to make it worse instead of just copy paste them which would take less effort for them? It makes no sense. Player amount decrease, income from BnS decrease, one has to be insane to see these numbers and still think that they should continue doing exact same thing, and think that they should nerf or remove stuff even more. A lot of people claim that they want to shut down the servers too, but there is nothing stopping them from doing it right now anyways, so it cant be their purpose, then what is their purpose? What is nc aiming for with these changes? Do they even know what they are doing? I cant understand why and how the problems this region is having exist.

I explained this in my post in this thread, but gold issue isn't fixed, the "solution" provided to us does not give us the gold we need, it gives far less, I hope by saying that "we started by addressing the gold income issue" you and the team are not thinking that this issue is fixed and moving on to work on new problems. Again i explained this in same post, but in the case of your way of "addressing the gold income issue" a solution wasn't designed, instead of designing it, something already designed and implemented in KR got copy pasted to us, only change done to it was to nerf the rewards we will be getting, thats all, just changing some numbers, and this took 3 months. Kaebi village event already happened in the west so there was no need to spend time on localization etc. either, everything was ready. At this point it is better to just give us 1 to 1 patches from KR instead of altering rewards but keeping the costs the same for reasons i cant even imagine, because whatever solution west will come up with to fix a problem our version has will takes ages and it will not be anywhere close to solving the problem. Also i want to remind that the longer it takes nc to fix bugs and solve problems, the more people will be leaving the game by the time they are solved.

I do not and cannot understand why and how several problems exist in our region: 1) Game design for EU/NA servers This was explained in a video i cant find, but video games are made from a cycle of "challenge" and "reward". You do something challenging, you get rewarded for it, and you feel good. In the case of BnS this cycle goes as: you grind dungeons or pvp(in the past) or dailies, you get rewarded gold and material, you use these rewards to upgrade your items, and unlock new dungeon in the old system/higher floors in new system and this feels good. Currently this cycle is completely ruined because rewards are extremely low to upgrade anything at all, and upgrading anything at all is non existing because instead of upgrade you can "attempt" to upgrade, and fail way much more than you succeed. For rewards, for some reason all of our income is far lower than KR server while our upgrade costs are the same, and by income i am referring to everything, gold, sacred oils, pet packs, sterling scales (KR have this in their weekly while we can only get them from f10 with real money). We get a patch KR got 5 months after them, and for some reason some people in NC put in an extra effort to reduce our income while doing no adjustment to the upgrade attempt costs. For upgrading, west hates RNG, this is an undeniably fact and knowing this, NC kept NA/EU servers with less RNG until recently. If making a western version of the game with less RNG was too hard, why extra efforts put into game to make it more RNG for us? (referring to unity stones having an extra middle tier before the best tier for us that KR server doesnt have, for the latest soul shield drops from chaos supply chain it is possible to pick which number of soul shield you want in KR server but we dont have it, there are more but i forgot). 2) Response speed and response result of NC to bugs and problems in EU/NA Best example right now is the gold problem, gold problem is discussed in this froum in mid February heavily, Green Storm responded to it late March saying its looked into, and we got Kaebi Village in mid May. During this 3 months, soul arena, demonsbane rankings, f10 got gold boxes, premium parts of battle pass and master pass got boxes, and these are thought to be a temporary fix. Soul arena rewarded gold to top 20 people of each class only, while rewarding nothing to the rest of the leaderboard, demonsbane rankings in my case rewarded 200g in total per week only for being in top 100, and f10/battle pass/master pass gold boxes don't really matter because currency exchange existed in game anyways, if people wanted to buy gold with real money they were able to do that since mid 2016. We explained with numbers in detail how we need so much more gold income to properly attempt any upgrades, after all those explanations how could anyone in NC think that these temporary solutions make any sense? Regarding the main gold income solution which is the Kaebi village, from the time the problem first discussed here (mid Feb) to the time its implemented (mid May) 3 months passed, and as a result the solution NC came up is to give something that already exists in KR but with reduced rewards while our upgrade attempt costs remains the same. Did NC spent 3 months only to discuss how much to nerf the rewards of Kaebi Village for our region? If the solution was something copy pasted from KR anyways, wouldn't it be easier to just give it 3 months ago with no nerf? It would save NC from the 3 month long discussion, and it would give us a solution to the gold problem 3 months earlier with better rewards. Regarding other bugs, problem and solutions, a bug that comes to our region had existed in KR 5 months ago when they got the same patch we got, but for them this bug patched the next week, even so we get an update for our region with the exact same bug anyways and unlike KR this bug cant be patched next week here and remains for months, why? Why something like this even happen? How can it even happen? Why not KR send the update with the bug already patched out? Why the bug in here cant be patched a week later? When KR complained about gold income they got the Kaebi Village 1 week later, why do we have to wait 3 months for a Kaebi that its rewards nerfed severely? 3) Vision or purpose of NC I don't understand the vision of NC. The changes that are brought to our region benefit no one, neither players or NC. For player side game and upgrading is frustrating than ever, seeing ourselves fail to upgrade an item after countless attempts is not fun, and due to the low gold and material incomes we can attempt to upgrade very rarely which makes it even worse. For NC's side, which is income, paying real money for the game makes less sense than ever now because normally when someone pays for something, they would expect a return from it, with all the RNG upgrade attempt systems you can end up wasting all the money you spent, and for the mtyhical upgrades you can even end up with a worse item than you started to upgrade with. And lowering the rewards of everything from the game barely pushes anyone to spend more real money on the game but push much more people to either stop spending real money to game or straight up stop playing it. How much of these are according to NC's vision? How much of these things that we hate are in the game because NC thinks and believes this is how a game should be? How hard it is to take feedbacks from these forums and change the game according to that? If its too much of a pain why dont we get exact same patches KR gets with exact same rewards? Conclusion: TERA is shutting down soon, and if you read the comments everyone says similar stuff: "it was a great game but it was poorly managed" Same problem in BnS, for the past many updates more people get annoyed and frustrated at the game and leave, both player amount and income of NC from BnS go lower and lower, and eventually this game or west servers will shut down, but this does NOT have to happen, NC can prevent it, just take action, take our feedbacks and make the game more fun, if NC cant remove or reduce the RNG upgrades, even taking the laziest approach which is giving us the exact same KR patches with no change and no nerf to rewards would make the game much better than our current version. There are so many solutions and some take even less effort than it is currently put, BnS is a great game, i really hope NC or the team or whoever responsible starts to care real soon and start fixing things before the servers shut down.

Hello Green Storm, Until last update starling scales, which was needed to upgrade hearths, were able to be farmed from aerodrome and substratum in floor 41 and above with around 1% chance, requiring thousands of runs just to make a single upgrade, which was already seriously awful and preventing pretty much everyone from upgrading their hearths. In last update both of these methods got removed and no other way to farm them is added to the game, other than the rng loot boxes in hongmoon store, is it intentional that hearth upgrades are forced to be only done by spending real money, or is it just an oversight from NC that they simply forgot to put any means to farm or earn sterling scales?
  16. If NC says it will take 10 hours but open servers early less people would be annoyed. Yesterday when we saw that todays maintenance will take only 5.5 hours, despite today we will have an update, all of us knew it was gonna get delayed, and it did, twice. What is frustrating the most for me is how much self-awareness NC is lacking, are they not aware that every maintenance gets delayed every single week, and its especially worse when there is an update? It seems they are not and considering for how long this has been going on it feels like they will never notice it.
  17. Based on how they added loot box like gold boxes to f10, similar gold boxes to premium part of the master pass, gold to premium part of the battle pass, I think yes, they heard. But it seems they either heard us wrong, or took our feedback as a business advice for how to make better profit. But hey, lets not jump to conclusions, lets hope that they are going to give us a Kaebi Village with proper gold rewards, after all, the low gold income issue was first brought on Feb 12, and they are going to give us Kaebi on 11th May, meaning it took them 3 months to bring this change, so they must have thought it over very well right?
  18. Saw that the kill counter increases when I did the floors I mentioned, this is how I know it, its just that the description is missing.
  19. That achievement is for killing them 50 times each in floors above 50 (not sure if 50 included).
  20. These two are making the game extremely boring to play right now. Demonsbane is greatly lacking rewards vs challenge, if you can do floor 31 with ease there is no reason to do slower runs with wipes on 41 for example, because the more time and effort you spend on an upper floor is not worth the rewards. Demonsbane dungeons are only worth to get accessories from them and best way to get them is to spam a floor you can clear with ease, which makes the game very boring, and after you get all the accessories there is nothing worth to multi run them anymore, and there is nothing else worth to multi run in the game either. Also when you have all the accessories, you need gold more than anything else to upgrade them and the only way to get gold is to do boring daily quests/trains that give tiny amount of gold compared to how much we need to upgrade stuff, if you want more gold, only option is to make alts and do the exact same boring quests over and over with multiple alts. If you give up on upgrading accessories, then there is nothing else in the game that you can farm or grind for either, every systems' progress is limited by daily or weekly rewards or their gold to upgrade.

Will we really know more soon? The patch notes from January still dont have any explanation about what skills changed, and when I check the older patch notes the last time we got any information about skill changes was back on September 7, 2021 in "Unreal Engine 4 Update is Now Live!". And if we are going to get only a little and missing information from official sources, will even they are going to come soon or after its too late? Like the time it happened with the hearth upgrade system change.

There are 3 possible fixes to the issue and what you said is one of them: 1) Increase success rate of accessory upgrade attempts so that we can upgrade them in less attempts (as you suggested) 2) Reduce gold cost of upgrade attempts so that we can attempt more upgrades with our little gold income 3) Increase gold income so that we can attempt more upgrades Until demonsbane accessories, accessories were the only thing we can farm/grind to upgrade, but now due to low gold income they are heavily time gated by daily and weekly quests gold rewards, so as a result, multi running dungeons have very little worth now. And as the author of this thread explained, even with doing those daily/weekly quests with 12 chars, we dont get even half of the gold required to max these accessories until the new ones are released. In the past with bit of regular farming it was quite possible to max all accessories before new ones are released. Best solution in my opinion for both of these problems would be to put gold boxes back in dungeons dynamic quest rewards, with better gold rewards, so that there would be a point in multi running dungeons and we would get a decent amount of gold income to upgrade our accessories. I want to believe that the problem is under consideration and they are thinking of a fix, lets hope they find one soon.
  23. With the last update hearth upgrades changed from using sacred vial to sterling scales. Sterling scales are a very low rng drop from Aerodrome and Substratum stages 41 and above, from my experience it looks like it drops around once every 100 runs. The hearth I have requires 12 scales to upgrade right now and a stage 41 run takes close to 10 minutes where my dps is average of the party. Meaning, in order to upgrade the hearth I have once, I need to do around 1200 runs, ignoring time spent on party searches I need to spend 12000 minutes for 1 upgrade, which is 200 hours, if I farm with no break for 2 hours every day, it takes me 100 days to do a single upgrade. In the past with sacred vial upgrading, it was possible to get weekly 2 vial from current event, 2 vials from past event, 2 vials with honing oils, in total weekly 6 vials, ignoring every other method. Since both hearth and soul uses vials let’s say that we were getting 3 vials to spend on hearth, 3 vials for soul, just by doing dailies and weeklies. Now in order to get 3 sterling scales per week to replace the 3 vials for hearth upgrades, with above numbers we need to spend more than 7 hours every day farming. These are the numbers for my case, for better or worse geared players the numbers will change but it will still require massive amount of time sink from everyone, because lower gear means less scale to do an upgrade but longer time to clear dungeon, higher gear means less time to clear dungeon but more scale to do an upgrade. In conclusion, @Green Storm, this is a terrible change.

With gold being a very limited income, and with demonsbane upgrades having tiny chance to upgrade, even when playing heavily, on average we get enough gold to attempt only very few times to upgrade per day, and when they fail and countless days pass without a single upgrade it just feels awful. Progression is no longer fun because it is mostly limited by daily/weekly quests gold, and trying to progress without knowing how many days it will take to get a single upgrade with rng upgrade system kills it even further.
  25. Pretty self explanatory, both solo dungeons cant be entered since last week, today we had 10h maintenance, and this is still not fixed, and both of these dungeons required to do daily for soul boost and soul pass, when will it be fixed?
