Used HMC, and yes, yesterday i post that, still not answer

Yesterday the same thing happened to me, and in order not to miss the day of the event, I had to buy one from F10, still have 3 in my mail. https://imgur.com/7bJwP8N

In the Hongmoon Training room, after finish all the tests, when I click the button to create character it sends me to F10 to buy the ticket, but I have 3 tickets available, and when creating the character "dual blade" i select the box to start from lvl 50.
