Hey. Yess finally the Moon Refuge bots are getting banned. Its such a bad thing, cant even compare to IA one-shots and 1 minute House of Idols runs. Aaaand my main account got banned either. The only problem is.... I didn't do it? Those friends who actually do it are laughing at me, because they didnt get ban, or even a warning, while I got 3 days ban for no reason. If NCsoft @Hime could provide me a video of me doing it, would be nice, because there can't be any proof since _I didn't bot._ The only "such bad thing" I did was joining parties there to get my dailies with 6 characters. Yeah I get it, it's in the conduct, to not join people who are using cheats/hacks/autohunt/3rd party programs. But why don't you ban 90% of community then? I don't even know a person who is not using something like auto box-opening , auto-transmute, or anything which helps optimizing the game so it is playable. Apparently (based on what people said) there were somebody reporting the people in Moon Refuge at the spider's nests, and obviously, could find me there with 6 different characters, which are all can be reported one by one, but pointing on one account. Did you even """investigate"""" it, or several people got banned for ... being in the wrong place at the wrong time? I also reported the bots a month ago, yet nothing happened to those players. The second issue I have is... How can I get a "final warning" when I didn't get any warnings before? Or is it random, and somebody gets it by RNG from the banned accounts? Edit: About the final warning. Does it mean, that next time I get reported for whatever reason by like a group of people, who thinks everybody is a cheater who defeats them in cbg (yes, it actually happened) I get a permanent ban? Just 'coz why not.

First I got a copy-pasta answer (some items drop randomly, less chance than other drops, we are support team, we can't change it, but we have a dev team, discuss it in forum blabla). I wrote another letter, so here are my questions and answers: Questions: Who is the development team? Is it only Korea? You could change the wrong drops in Trove. Can't you change this? If you read the forums, why can't you (any of you) comment under this topic with actual information? Anwers: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide computations or formulas regarding item stat percentage, item drop rates, skill rates, etc. Rest assured that if we found that this particular mechanic is not working as it should, we will investigate immediately. With regards to your second inquiry, please note that we have a dedicated team of developers not limited to those in Korea. For your other inquiries, as previously stated, we are unable to make changes of any in-game contents, or post/comment under the forum section, since we have a separate teams allocated specifically for the said tasks.
