Every since NVIDIA GForce Now partnered with Blade And Soul I decided to go ahead and use it it was a good experience I'm not gonna lie but something unfortunate happened my main account got locked I wondered why and I figured it out right away It was GForce Now, logging in via GForce Now I had to do it multiple times and each time it changes ip address and I still don't know why. I got my account locked and it's not even my fault, I contacted support and guess what? Nothing. It's been 4 days and nothing I even sent a support ticket and nothing. I spent a lot of time to get all of my characters geared, I love them all to get them taken away from me unjustly I even spent money on this game and I was gonna spend even more. I'm on the chest stage 10 of the armory event I'm so close to finishing. But my account got locked. I have many accounts that go by the same account name which is KitsuneRose but one of them is blocked. Please someone fix this the event is almost over and I just need 6-7 days to finish the event.

My account main account KitsuneRose has been locked due to the logins I made on Gforce Now. I emailed support I emailed everything still no response... You have no idea how much work I put in to all of my characters to lose them and it's not even my fault it's Gforces making me log in everytime with a different ip address. I invested enough money into this game just to have my account locked for no reason and get no response for it.... I'm on chest 10 for the armoy event I'm so close to finishing..... But my account got locked TwT plz someone fix this I'm not looking forward to buying any keys f10. Please get my account unlocked because I've waited so long to support to say something and no response.
