God please help me, so do you understand that the problem is not that they dismantled it as it's not against any kind of tos, but the problem is that anyone that possible receives it and opens the content doing anything with it, dismantling it or using it or anything, could still be seen by any sort of antibot as an account worthy of a ban? None of them bought the Moontide outfit hence none of them did anything "illegal" or considered exploitable, they received an item bought normally through the market, it could've been even a level 10 weapon and they might still get banned if the dismantle it to powder ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤, that's the whole point, their antibot/antigoldseller system might have issues, you're not even meant to say your opinion, no one gives a ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ it's just meant to bring attention to ncsoft as tickets are worth nothing

I just explained it furthermore since you didn't seem to grasp the point of the whole post but it's literally the same action described in a more detailed way. I dont know how you managed to miss the whole point of the post but i'll try making it easier for you to understand: >I bought the lights out outfit on the market (didn't get it thru boxes, literally just bought it for 5-10 gold on the market) >Sent it in mail to both my friends from my old level 55 character >Both of them were below level 34 so couldn't send mail BUT still could receive it >Both of them opened the mail content and dismantled it, buying normal boxes and NOT the moontide outfit >After one day both of them got banned which made me think the problem wasn't the current exploit as not many people that actually abuses of the moontide outfit thing is still around, so my thought was; probably an anti bot or anti gold seller system got triggered by the whole thing >After that i made the post cause if for some reason im somewhat right you could send outfits to any low level player and possibly ban them by simply sending the outfit and them receiving it and using it/dismantlinig it without doing anything against tos or something Again, i might be completely wrong but someone at ncsoft might want to take a look into it, even tho it looks like they're barely caring about the moontide thing, still could be something worth attention, dunno. Yeah we did contact support but no response yet, and yeah you can't send mails before lvl 34 BUT you still can receive them and "open" them. The problem is kinda that, anyone new could receive anything and get banned for it. I don't think im 100% correct about the theory but, if it's somewhat true, someone could easily ban new players on purpose that's kinda the whole point.

I have reason to believe you could ban people on purpose simply by sending them a costume worth 5 gold by mail if they're level 34 or below, triggering some sort of anti bot or something, happened to TWO of my friends, received the Lights Out outfit, (bought normally on the market, can check transactions) and got banned right after accepting the mail content. I do believe you could on purpose send it to low level players and get their account banned, please take a look into it. p.s. I'm aware of the current Bamboo Village NPC but one of my two friends didn't ever use that npc and still got banned, simply by receiving the item in the mail (again, bought normally) and dismantling it to buy normally the boxes from the Jadestone Village NPC; hence why i do think there's something else that might get new low level players banned. p.p.s Both of them checked their emails and got no explanation/cause of the ban.
