GhostInTheFog

So I have a new character and I got a level 60 voucher for it and I did the normal quests for them but I am unable to do any of the daily quests. I'm not sure if I am missing a quest or not to continue. But like the ones in the cinderlands and the outpost and such. I go up to where you get the quests but they aren't there like I have normally done with my other characters. Anyone else having that problem?
