Most likely is a problem with celestial peaches. My main char and some higher level chars that have done celestial basin quest and still had peaches, can't login into them, but i can login on an lower level char. Also a friend can login on main character and other chars that don't have peaches.

Worked with voucher on first page in mail. @CookiesNmilk Thanks for your solutions, i knew about them as i tried first one with voucher on 4th, 3rd and 2nd page with no success, this why I wrote to support.

Hi! I'm trying to use my Level 60 Character Boost Voucher on a new character, level 50 at training room, when I hit create character hm store pop-up to buy the voucher instead of using the one from mail. I tried opening a ticket via https://support.bladeandsoul.com/hc/en-us but after I fill in all the details, I get the error message "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later." Please fix.
