After UE4 update i played every single day and had no problem~ but after the maintenance of 12/8 the game goes black screen at the login pad, I searched here at forum and seems that some players had the same problem ( not the 4040 error code) but no solutions. i sent a ticket then followed all the instruction the support team gave out but still having black screen problem, their conclusion were that my pc/laptop couldn't support the game spec requirements~ I am very confused because before 12/8 maintenance i could play the game everyday~ does anyone know if there is a game spec requirement update after the UE4 one?

I can't find the way to read rules and how to participate the raffle~ hopefully NC fix this ASAP!!!!!!

I'm sorry to be rude but are you sure you know your content of the event? the 1 mil hm exp charm that comes from happy holiday gift box has a cd of 24 hours, so i assume he used that one and made all his exp charm to go on cd~ it happened to me too~ either its a glitch that you guys made~ or you guys really intended on putting a 24hr cd to the "1m" exp charm~ rolfmao

i don't see any frozen boxes for 1 HM coin at the store~ you sure its either Ncoin/HMcoin or just Ncoin~ (in the event it says both and now you are saying it too~ so I am confused ~ or you guys just forgot to add it to HMstore?)

As the xanos fragments say that it expire on January, I wonder if there is a third season challenge for it or it will end in December 16th then the item expire on January! If anyone know pls reply.... will really appreciate it!! Thank You!!!
