thanks for the info, this is f'ing stupid. Over 25 hours since their last response when they asked for information. I give it and then have to wait .... lets see... going on 36 hours since the last interaction with anyone in support. is there a team of 10 people for the entire customer base on all continents? this is beyond ridiculous. if this issue takes a handful of back and forth conversations then with them responding at 0200 pst it will take at least 2 weeks to get help with a very simple issue. I dont know why I am even bothering to try to come back to this shitshow
