had the same issue, but solved it, try checking if you are using a third party software like vpn or something, if yes switch it off by opening task manager end force ending the program. 2- if you location or Bluetooth is on switch it off then try clicking on start. 3- check in the settings the load path if it's the path where file is allocated.
