Okay, so I logged in and checked my mail in game and I got Blade & Soul UE4 Sign-up reward pack that contains the Dark Omen outfit and various other goodies. I am pleasantly surprised and incredibly grateful that you guys reconsidered. Thank you, thank you very much. 🙂

This situation is incredibly asinine. If your own announcement page clearly stated that you had between August 12 to September 8th to log in to be eligible for the Dark Omen costume reward, then okay, I would accept this response and admit that I missed out, however, it does not. Please reconsider.

Okay. I am just a bit nervous since, well, the BnS community is known for being not so friendly (one of the main reasons I stopped playing to begin with), so I just don't want to deal with that again. But will go ahead and give it a go! Hopefully it is little better especially with the event going on and if not, well, worst case is encountering another group of arses that drive me away from the game again. Thanks.

I just sent a ticket and was told by a GM that the eligible dates where August 12 - September 8. Is that true, because the wording on the page plus your own statement makes it sound like "Anytime since August 12" to what I presumed would be September 15th when the outfits would get issued since there was only a mention of the UE4 update arriving on Sept 8th, not that you had to log in within that time period to be eligible.

Hi guys! I heard about the UE4 upgrade and the Call to Arms event and decided to return and I am...Well, I am really incredibly lost on what to do. I am 60 HM 15 and in order to fully maximize getting the most out of this event in getting martial remnants, it seems I need to be HM 25 to partake in the dungeons that offer those remnants as a reward and..well. It's been a while, so I've been doing Mushin's tower to try and get a feel for how to play again, but I also am scared of joining a group in the party finder since I am a returning player and I do not wish to upset others by being a burden due to that fact, since it has been a while since I've played last.. So, is there anyone or a clan that is willingly to help me out? I really am sorry since there have been many threads talking about returning players lately and I don't mean to generate *another* one on the matter. I am just confused and a bit overwhelmed, plus a lot of the guides I have seen on Youtube talk about getting friends together to get things done or to have your clan carry you, and since I am unfortunately lacking in both of those areas, I decided to come here and ask for help. Any assistance provided would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

And now, I am at a bit of a loss. I was informed to knock out my orange quests, which I think would be best to do in the following order based on what the level requirements are: Skybreak Spire Temple of Elvium Nightfall Sanctuary Scarlet Conservatory The Steelbreaker Is that the best way? Also, are there any clans that are new player friendly? I understand based on what I've seen on Faction chat that knowing mechanics for fights is important, and that many players in the community seem to be, well, less than patient with new comers to the game in terms of teaching said mechanics. I have no problem watching videos on Youtube to learn, but it would be nice to be a part of a clan that wouldn't mind my being new. I would greatly appreciate it.
