I ended up just deleting the game and redownloading the whole thing overnight. It works now.

I have not played in a very long time and when I reinstalled ncsoft launcher and let it update the game, My character select screen has a messed up UI. The Quit and Settings buttons are invisible and the other options on the right are invisible with a weird icon mess. What files do I delete to redownload the UI files?
