Hi there, I'm a rather "new player" (I quit ages ago, but I barely played the game) and I just wanted to state that me and several of my friends have an absolutely awful experience with your new launcher. After resolving the main issue I had which prevented me from being able to download the game and even updating the launcher itself (Bitdefender related), the launcher still got stuck several times requiring the app to be restarted, or even at times required me to reboot my PC then restart the launcher to resume progress normally. I don't know who did the quality control on that new launcher, but it's truly awful. I can already visualize many players not having that kind of patience and just not bothering at all with all of the launcher issues. Could you please prioritize fixing it? After all, it's your main gateway for new players, thus customers, yet the experience will most likely scare away some of those which is not ideal.
  2. It might be your security solution. For me Bitdefender was causing issues with downloading updates for the launcher (when using the launcher downloaded from the B&S website), and when downloading/updating the game. Disabling all of the security measures did nothing. This specific step showcased in the video was the only thing which worked for me.
