I'm still on 1803 so not sure whats going on

Well it worked for a little while and then the error message came up again, I hope they fix this problem due to me not being the only one having this problem. I do not know why they felt the need to change something that was working perfectly fine for all these years and change it to something that is totally bugged causing a lot of their players to not even be able to play the game.

Yes as far as I know I played a bit last night until it disconnected me from the servers, which I was thinking it was because it was wanting me to start the game with the new launcher...I'm at a loss and I'm not a programmer so I can't delve into the files to figure out directly what is wrong.

I had the game installed before the new launcher came out so I basically have what was installed with the previous launcher. Should I completely reinstall the game?

Ok so yes I know there have been many issues with the new luncher, all the error things and such and some sujested fixes. What I am wanting to know is if anyone has found a viable solution that has some steps that they can share that got their game working. My husband weirdly enough had the error problem once, turned off the launcher after installing then ran it under administraitor and had no problems with it after that. I my self have been running it under administraitor and still get the same error messages again and again. The launcher tricks me into thinking I am getting it to update but then slaps an error message at me. so far I have tried: Dissabling the fire wall and anti virus uninstalling and reinstalling the new launcher checking if my OS is up to date (running windows 10) running under administraitor deleting previous version of launcher sent a ticket to NCsoft (which I am sure they will say its on my end) I am currently at a loss as to what to do, I want to play the game but if I can't get past the launcher that kind of is upsetting. So please I am looking for a working solution of some kind.
