@Aurinya @Cyan I know of people who sent a ticket to support and got it replied to already, even though they've sent their ticket after the clan leader mentioned in OP's post sent theirs. Can one of you please explain what's happening here? I'm also friends with the clan leader and some of the clan members and this whole mess is disrupting most of our activities.
