Yes, I just kept hitting confirm and continue, it was quite annoying. Seems to be working okay today as I reinstall.

I also ended up deleting my game somehow, I looked for it everywhere. Last night I only got it to ~30% due to the new launcher crashing every few minutes. Good luck to everyone else!
