Scylla Queen

My game keeps crashing with an error that says "Package files are corrupted. Use check files to restore them" https://gyazo.com/5b966891a9e10b605c3b6c9121d13d57 When I do the check files it takes over 30 mins to finish it. once it does the files seems to be starts downloading and at 16% it says "cannot download the file. check your internet connection" tried restarting router, pc, flushing dns, removing temp files, running it as administrator and everything I can in my power. this will NOT just work. Can anyone help me? it doesn't even says which file is not being able to download.
