  1. I have to agree ... for the achievement "Breaking the Arena" you have to beat Hae Mujin within 2:30 min. And since the boss on stage 4 has 64.800.000.000 HP you need to have 432.000.000 constant damage per second to clear the condition of the achievement. With my current gear i need an increase in DPS by 50%!!! to get this achievement.

Hello @Primalior whoever is in charge right now, in the last event ("7th Anniversary Festival") we were able to buy the item "7-Day Premium Membership" which as the name suggests gives anyone who bought it 7-Days of Premium Membership. This isn't the first event that offered said item in exchange for event currency. This results in the item text being not accurate. The item in question states that "Purchase this token to recieve 7 days of Premium Membership during the maintenance on February 17th." And since February 17th is a Saturday i doubt we will have a "regular maintenance" on said day. Since the last regular maintenance on February 8th didn't activate the free 7-day Premium Membership i would like to ask when this will be done since the item in question isn't accurate?
  3. Hello, I reported this potential bug over a month ago to the support (Ticket ID #23873593). The potential bug in question concerns the possible rewards listed on the official patch notes page (https://www.bladeandsoul.com/en-us/news/article/9358/symphony-of-destruction-patch-notes). There are 7 items listed as possible rewards: 5-Oculus Stone Fragment Chest Sparkling Radiance Stone Chest Grim Nexus Insignia Chest Grim Nexus Gildstone Chest Oculus Bonus Reward Reset 5-Upsurge Essence Bundle Asorak’s Grand Psyche I used 174 tickets on the "Oculus Price Wheel" and recieved the following 7 items as a reward from the wheel: 5-Oculus Stone Fragment Chest Sparkling Radiance Stone Chest Grim Nexus Insignia Chest Grim Nexus Gildstone Chest Oculus Bonus Reward Reset 5-Upsurge Essence Bundle Deluxe Hongmoon Quick XP Charm The result after a month was that it's a "known Issue" and I should check the official homepage and forum frequently for further updates since the support team told me that they won't respond to this unsolved issue anymore! Since I opened this ticket I didn't read a single word about this issue on the official forum and homepage to which the support team referred me to. So I'm asking here if this is indeed a bug or simply incorrect patch notes and there are 8 possible rewards instead of the 7 listed ones in the patch notes. I hope the staff here is more competent than the support team! All evidence (screenshots etc.) can be found in the ticket mentioned above or if needed I can post them here later if this post won't be deleted since it's strictly the task of the support team to handle this issue but as mentioned before they refuse to answer further questions regarding this issue.   4. I have the same Firefox version (107.0) and can't access it. You can just close it as "solved". Since you can access it via the same browser version and other browser seem to work.
  5. The issue still remains. I still can't access my tickets with firefox.
  6. I tried disabling everything and still didn't work under Firefox. On Friday everything was still functioning normal and on Saturday the support didn't work anymore. I didn't install anything new and there was no os or browser update. @Nightflight01Why should I change my browser for only one site when it worked before as well? It may be a temporary solution but it doesn't fix the issue on NCWest's side.
  7. I just cleared my cache in my Firefox browser and it didn't fix the issue after i logged in again. I only tried Microsoft Edge and had no problem with loading my tickets or submitting new ones. Only Firefox has this issue for me.
  8. Yes I'm still experiencing this issue! The click on either link ("Submit Ticket" or "My Tickets") results in a reload of the support page with the following address: https://support.bladeandsoul.com/hc/en-us/signin?return_to=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.bladeandsoul.com%2Fhc%2Fen-us%2Frequests Which seems to indicate that the site doesn't register that I'm locked in. But I'm currently logged in. P.S. : I managed to get access via another internet browser (normally using modzilla).
  9. Hi @Green Storm, I wanted to check the status off my current Support Tickets but the Support Website seems to not function correctly! I made sure I'm logged in and clicked "My Tickets" but the only thing that happens is that the page reloads instead of loading my tickets. The same happens when I click on "Submit a Ticket". I can't submit new tickets or check on my current tickets. Please fix your support page.
  10. Hello @Green Storm, with the release of the 15th class the musician will the limit of characters that can participate in the current Soul Boost event also be increased? Currently we can register 14 characters for Soul Boost which is the current number of playable classes in the game. I hope this small detail won't be forgotten and everyone that wants to play the new class on release can gear up their musician using Soul Boost. Greetings BnS Buddy
  11. Hello @Green Storm, I have a question about the changes coming with the next patch on wednesday. Will the Colossal Gold Chest only be available in the Premium Membership tab or will it also be added in the first tab of the Dragon Express? Depending of the the amount of gold we can aquire through these new weekly chest its a good step in the right direction but requiring to invest real money in form of a Premium Membership is quite frankly a slap in the face for all players that don't want to spend money for the Premium Membership. Or are the Patch notes like so often incorrect/incomplete? The Weekly Sterling Crystal Chest, Weekly Wonder Chest and Weekly Pet Chest can be obtained through both the Premium Membership tab and the first tab of the Dragon Express. So reading the Patch Notes I find it weird why the Colossal Gold Chest is not mentioned to be added in the first tab of the Dragon Express as well. Greetings BnS Buddy
  12. @RynaraI only have a simple question for you...will you deploy Blade & Soul running on ue4 in such a way that we don't find bugs around every corner ingame and can enjoy the game on release on the 8th of September as mentioned here (link: https://www.bladeandsoul.com/en-us/news/article/5156/unreal-engine-4-update-launches-september-8)? Since the livestream was canceled twice already I have the strong suspicion that the reason behind it is that Blade & Soul UE4 isn't ready or so flawed in performance that you don't want or can show it to your playerbase nor are you honest enough to say it if that is the reason behind it. @Hime herself mentioned that the dev team will have many more sleepness nights ahead (link: https://forums.bladeandsoul.com/topic/252139-please-provide-ue4-info-due-to-constant-delays-in-streams/?do=findComment&comment=2094496 )
  13. @Rynara I can only speak for myself but yes the lag still occurs in the event dungeon "Kaebi Village" and it won't disappear unless you (the publisher) fixes this problem yourself! In my personal opinion the two main reasons behind the lag in this dungeon are caused by it's design itself and the difference between single hit (Gunslinger for example) and aoe classes (Destroyer for example). The dungeon starts with a wave of "X" monsters which will home onto you unless they are ranged monsters which are few followed by 1 bossmonster after all monsters are killed OR enough time has passed. After a few rounds (monster phase + bossmonster) the amount of monsters per wave and the amount of waves of monsters increases along with their health. Since a new wave of monsters will spawn after "X" amount of time whether you killed all monsters from a previous wave the amount of monsters on screen increases as you progress through the different rounds. If you can't kill the monster fast enough this will cause the game to lag because it has to load more monster at the same time than it ihas to do in normal dungeons. At the same time it causes lag if you hit like 30+ monster with a single attack like "Iron Wiill Destroyer" with his RMB Skill instead of one monster at a time like a "Destruction Gunslinger" would with his RMB Skill. The above should show you why the round in which the lag occurs differs for every Person or class. I myself play as a destroyer and the lag begins for me around round 9 and round 10 is almost unplayable.
  14. @HimeThank you for your help. that answers all my questions regarding the weapon chest. So it seems the new area is worthless. In the time i would spend there farming this weapon i can farm the materials for a real Grand Celestial Weapon Stage 5 which is further upgradeable. So there is no point in wasting my time there.
  15. @Hime or anyone else, has someone already farmed enough "Ebon Bloom" for this weapon chest and can tell me what weapon we can get by farming in the "Ebon Realm"?
  16. @HimeHello Hime, in the new area ("Ebon Realm") we can exchange 3500 "Ebon Bloom" for an "Grand Celestial Weapon Chest", but nowhere is stated what weapon we are getting from opening this chest! It's not mentioned in the patch notes or the description of the "Grand Celestial Weapon Chest". I'd like to know which stage the weapon in the chest will be before I farm 3500 "Ebon Bloom" on my alt characters and whether or not this weapon will be upgradeable and if the gem-slots are random (3-8) or fixed?
  17. @HimeAnother Question that comes to mind is if i gift my 2 boxes from Character A to Character B on the same Account via mail does it counts towards my "gifted count"? And what if Character B sends the same 2 boxes via mail to another Character C on the same Account? Does this also count towards my "gifted count"? And is this "gifted count" per Account or per Character? The patch notes are really vague in that regard.
