[UE4 update?]

Has the UE4 update been applied yet?  I cannot find any confirmation anywhere.

I mean you can finish it if you are willing to sit there and manually restart the download every time this happens.  Average for me is about 500mb of the game gets downloaded before this happens and requires the download to be manually restarted,  at this point it verifies all files currently downloaded and then resumes,  downloads maybe 500mb more data and throws the error again,  and around and around it goes.

I have been trying to re-download the game for a few days now to give it another shot,  and I just keep getting "Failed to download file" error over and over again.  I tried running as admin,  I tried manually setting firewall policy for everything related to blade and soul and NC launcher, I tried DMZ.  Nothing is working.  Every few hundred mb of downloaded data it pops this error and forces me re-start the launcher to get it working again.

[NC Launcher 2 cant download the game]

A couple weeks ago I download the game with the Original downloader that was posted here and it downloaded perfectly in about 2 hours no problems.  I didn't really get into the game so I deleted it.  Decided the other day to give it another shot,  downloaded NC Launcher 2 and now I keep getting "Failed to download file" every few hundred mb's or so.  When I first installed NCLauncher2 while it was updating itself I got the same error over and over again and ended up having to uninstall and reinstall it,  it installed fine that time,  but when downloading the game files after about 200mb-1GB'ish of downloaded data it will suddenly stop and say "Failed to download file" and I have to restart it again.  I have reinstalled the launcher 3 times now.

 

Today I did a fresh reformat of my system,  I may attempt to download it again now and see what happens but I am not sure what the issue is.

About a week and half ago I wanted to try this game out,  I downloaded the game in 1 shot no problems in about 2 hours.  After playing it a little bit I decided to uninstall it and didn't really give it much of a chance.  After watching a few videos on youtube I decided to give it another try yesterday.  I downloaded the launcher again and it seems it has been changed to a new launcher?  Its a different one from the one I used last week though,  and I keep getting errors,  the game will download for a while without issues,  but after about 500mb - 1.5gb of downloaded data it will suddenly throw an error saying "File failed to download" or some other type of thing requiring me to re-start the launcher in witch case it takes a few minutes to validate files and continues downloading from where it left off and eventually after about 500mb-1.5gb it throws the same error.  It also did this to me the first time I installed the launcher causing me to have to reinstall the launcher.  Is there a fix for this?  Was the launcher recently changed,  because a week ago it was a different "Downloader" and it worked flawlessly.

 

Also have a question,  I saw a video on youtube witch showcased some additions to the game including a new class and some other stuff as well as an Upgrade to Unreal Engine 4?  Is it really getting a UE4 upgrade,  if so when? and is there anywhere I can read up more on it?
