  1. You say it's the same for you now as it was from the start, but for a lot of players it's fundamentally different now than it was at the start. When I started playing I could get PvP matches in arena and battlegrounds easily every day and that was the reason why I logged on. I enjoyed it a lot and still enjoy the PvP of this game but I can't ever find matches. And well, why shouldn't people try to communicate and fix a game that they're passionate about? I really can't understand your tone. You seem surprised that people who have been passionate and are still passionate about this game are trying to fight for positive changes through the forums? There's a lot of negativity now because there are a lot of issues and people care.
  2. Sounds fun, I'll join. Maybe we should try to do something similar with 1v1 or 3v3 arena. Something like everyone queuing on fridays and saturdays at the same time. People interested in this might be interested in more arena matches too.
  3. That's a ridiculous statement, people enjoy PvP for different reasons, but you need multiple lobbies of atleast 12 people to have a thriving PvP scene during the queue times. I loved 6v6, I didn't cheat, and I rarely earned any HMC each season as a F2P player. There were plenty of people like me, (you would know that if you ever bothered to check the past 6v6 leaderboards), but rewards are a major part of MMOs. I don't need rewards to enjoy PvP, but I know progression is a massive motivator for many MMO players, so I can understand their position. You can combine this with the reality that BNS player numbers are likely declining and you have an unfortunate recipe for low PvP participation. I'd love to see which content you personally would stop doing if it offered zero valuable rewards to you, I think I can safely assume like most people that rewards are an important motivator for you. We should expect the same gameplay experiences for people that enjoy a wide range of content in this game and any MMO. I want the PvE players to enjoy valuable rewards as well, and it's a shame your dislike of PvP prevents you from wanting others to benefit from what they enjoy.
  4. You think it's a good change that the entire PvP scene has essentially disappeared because it stops a few cheaters from earning some extra HM coins? There are ways to address cheating that doesn't completely nuke the rewards. And sadly it doesn't just affect 6v6 battlegrounds, it's also made it extremely difficult to find arena matches, which was the reason I logged in to play. This has nothing to do with renewing Blade and Soul, it was a method taken by the developers to reduce the available HM coin supply given to players to promote NC coin purchase. It's really as simple as that, though I expect they didn't calculate it would completely end the ability for anyone to 6v6, and so I imagine they will eventually revisit this decision or improve the rewards earned at some point. Even if they some day fix these issues, there's just no guarantee that PvP players will return. I guess I'll just hope by then that enough players interested in PvP haven't moved on to other games yet.
  5. Yeah, don't even bother trying to construct a logical response to Grimoir, his sole purpose on these forums is to avoid looking objectively at the community's grievances and instead attempts to find some way to entirely avoid answering your point with some barely relevant response or clearly disingenuous counterargument. Which you know, at the end of the day, you can't get too angry at these kind of whale types because they need to justify their ridiculous spending on their game of choice so of course they're going to defend their game as hard as possible. You don't accumulate nearly 4,000 posts of defense of a company's decision-making unless you have some seriously weird connection to the title, which I think only really develops from spending a ton of money on it to be honest. People that are reasonably passionate about the game are able to criticize what is clearly unhealthy for the game and community, even if it does not personally affect them negatively. (Many BnS youtubers and community members have called out the issues of this event specifically).
  6. The "Our Philosophy" section is actually a major yikes... as if anyone, including the developers, believe their business model matches that description. Imagine designing this event and believing you stand by those words. Not possible.
