I was directed here by the Support team. I've been having trouble finding the daily quest that gives you a chance to obtain the cosmetic in a dungeon. The NPC you're asked to look for is called Chun Sanil at Skyhaven Perch but the only NPC is could find with a similar name is Chun San and he has no daily quest available. The Secret Agent cosmetic supposedly could be bought in the Hongmoon store but I could find it there either.
