Always report them when you see AFKers and Bots. They are set to take advantage of everyone else and only to benefit themselves from day one. They will not care for your game play either as they have tons of machines 24/7 non-stop farming and botting to get quest items, gold, exp, then sell in-game items or accounts for real-life currency. They exist everywhere in this world now but we can certainly fight back. Greedy human beings hide behind AI and cheat/automation mechanism to gain advantage for their existence. I start to think that Koldrak instance is flawed from day one to these exploits. People have been using cheating macro scripts to gain top tier rewards amid overwhelming the server causing crashes. Maybe this instance can be re-imagined too to better serve real players base (not just the account-counts, which is probably the main reason this problem could happen and not easy to resolve in the first place).

Today F2 is back functional on its own. FYI.

I tried (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4) but the problem still remains. Anyway thank you very much for sharing the experience and glad that you've solved the issue. I still think it's beyond what I can do anything locally to fix the problem at the moment.

Still broken for me too.

It's broken for me too. I can almost pin point the time it's broken since. On Wednesday after the server reset it was running fine for a few hours, until the evening the F2 started to become "loading" forever. It has been broken since. I sent in tickets and they have asked me to sending DxDiag and HiJackThis log. After that they still couldn't find anything wrong and asked further for lots of Internet/server/router/modem type of specification and setup as well as a log from an internet monitoring program. It is still on-going. My computer hasn't been doing any major (or even minor) modification/updates for recent days and the F2 just failed to function all of the sudden (in the same day it was still functional a few hours ago on Wednesday, Oct. 20). I even tried to system revert to last week, nothing works so far. I started to think it's on the server side and it effects only a portion of accounts (although not everone, but I can see now I am not alone). Best,
