  1. Logically speaking if only a few people complain, I can understand NCSoft willing to burn them and not lift a finger to help. However, with this many people, surely, NCSoft would realize that they are going to end up turning away a lot of players (many of whom might be paying players, me included) if they do nothing, right? This is the textbook definition of bad business practices. O_o
  2. I want to think well of NCSoft in that they would realize that they have to do something after so many days of complaints from so many people as well as probably even more tickets flooding their inboxes, but instead all we have is radio silence and the GMs dropping our tickets. Are all of you also getting a Taywong who is flat-out refusing / denying everything?
