I've sent a ticket (#23510266) on this matter but no response yet! I got Chest 1 just fine. It was on cool down. Yesterday I went to open up Chest 2 and it was gone. I'm sure I didn't sell it or discarded it by accident. My secondary account got it just fine, but it's HM 3, my main is HM 17, I really want the stuff for my main acc. Now we're onto day 3 chest and no reply whatsoever from the support team. This is really making me depressed to continue to play the game...
