The wheel event was pretty fun, honestly. I got my chance to revenge on all the gankers who bullied me in the cinderlands. I don't have much faith in the NEO version: whatever this company does is half-baked, but I guess if they remove my barely functional 3rd spec and RNG, it'll already be enough for me to actually try the classic server. A good opportunity to re-launch the game? Definitely, if they change their approach to making PC games, which I doubt they ever will at this point.

The game needs bigger population for pvp to be alive. How does the game get more players when it's already lost so many because of stupid game management? Looking at their new Throne and Liberty, it just seems to me they've completely lost the ability to make good games. Won't be surprised if it will just be BnS 2 but in a different wrapper. Since we aren't getting new players and proper game management, maybe they can fix the colors? What happened to the UE3 colors? Sometimes the palette shows one color but the actual color applied to the outfit is different (e.g. palette shows gold but dark red is applied?!?!). Fix them pls, I want to tailor my outfits.

Good point. I've been farming since Ascendant weapon times and I got so used to it that I did not even mind the whales. I'd been fighting whales for years but now I can't anymore. What if...instead of suffering in 6v6 I could just buy the gear? It'd free me from all the troubles and bring more players into 6v6. This would probably be a better solution if only NCSoft did not give up on the pvp part of the game. Now it's kinda late to take any action but if someday they launch a classic server and it succeeds, this might be the way to go. I'd still insist on disabling unity, compound and other systems though if such systems are present on the classic server.

Or just introduce dedicated pvp gear which would also include soul, pet, talisman and heart. You CANNOT p2w this gear and you have to actually play pvp to get it (maybe a bit of pve too depending on player feedback if such change is to be made). Change 6v6 and clan battle rules so that the lvl entry requirement is 60 HM 7 but players' levels would be equalized to HM25/30 (again, depends on what people would vote for). Disable unity, compound, insignias and all the other bs systems that make your character stats go through the roof. My problem is that any half-brained ape can sit for hours opening trove and have his Realmkeeper ST9 on the same day of its release AND without having to play a single 6v6 match. But, but, people on reddit keep telling me it's not p2w, it's p2progress! It does not matter anyway. They'd rather CTRL C + CTRL V a new tier of gear and make more p2w systems. I won't be surprised if I login in year 2023 and will see people having 5x more stats, 10x more hp and 20x more AP.

Neither do I. The release of certain broken 3rd specs was pretty much the end of it. I still stayed till the end even after losing all hope when they gave me a pile of crap instead of a proper 3rd spec BD. They have not been doing anything to improve pvp. So many years later we still can't get more balanced game modes and a proper clan battle system. What a waste. It's ironic how they went down pve route with BnS and now Lost Ark's pvp is thriving and blooming. Expecting NCSoft to actually take care of their BnS PC title is like expecting the creators of PUBG to remake the whole game from scratch (which they could have easily done ages ago). As long as BnS in their hands, it will stay a milking machine for its shrinking playerbase till its death.

I see people having 200k gold to spend on mythical accs. I only have 2000 gold right now. This stuff is whale-exclusive anyway. It's not like I will ever go higher than +7 as F2P player. Why are you complaining about gold income if you just swipe left and right all the time. Just...buy more gold? Actually, I have a better idea. Just farm aerodrome on 20 accounts instead of 1 for the copper. You are all botting it 24/7 anyway.

You need to understand that it was NCSoft who gave people the ability to turn HM Coins into gold by selling unlimited gem powder in the cash shop. Hence, more people would use cheats to get as many venture tokens as possible. I know you are gonna ask how people are supposed to upgrade gems if they can't get gem powder from the store but it's a completely different topic about gem progression system and gems altogether. You are partly right though, if the cheaters had more social responsibility and did not cheat, we would still have venture tokens and somewhat active 6v6. I don't mind anti-cheat as long as it removes a good chunk of cheaters from my games. If the players and NCWest wree to actually to work together to ban cheaters, NCWest would need to give us some guidelines on how to properly provide evidence. E.g., would we need to provide just the video or provide the video with timestamps and comments telling where and when The Suspect was seen cheating? We also need equal treatment from the support. Whales should not have immunity against being banned. We all know that even if at this point NCWest would start banning cheaters, they would not ban the cheating whales. Exactly. The publisher that would KNOW what to do with a game like this. The publisher that is run by gamers. Why do you think Valorant and LoL are so successful? I don't even mind a bit of p2w but only when you actually care about the playerbase and well-being of the game. Finally, someone, who actually pointed it out. When I tell people on reddit about how p2w 6v6 has become, they downvote me and just tell me to play the game to get to the gear levels that 6v6 whales have. Even if I had the time for that, it would still be a 10 hour grind each day. Can you still play 6v6 as a F2P player? Yes, but it's getting harder and harder and the struggle has become too much for me. Getting gold in 6v6 requires either super gear or a lot of luck. Getting 1400 in 6v6 requires a bit of luck, a bit of brain and a bit of skill. You don't need to be a cheater to get good amout of venture tokens from season rewards. Getting gold in 1v1 for the extra tokens was just a matter of being careful with the queue for me. If there were any sins or archers, I would not queue on that day.

People do use them in 6v6. Howerver, from my experience, the only people using them are gunners, kfms and sins because they don't know what to do if they miss their one shot. The sins are especially funny. I've seen them using it after realizing their minetoss did not one shot, so their best idea was to just use reset charm and minetoss again. Or, even better, that one sin who failed to approach and kd to instagib me in his 3rd spec using the charm to reset his approach and kd skills. He just did not know he could press other buttons too.

What's the point of torturing NCWest and us if every patch since UE4 has been broken in one way or another. If you can't organize our region/don't want to invest anything in it then maybe just don't bother? I'm surprised there are still people working at NCWest after receiving so many turds instead of proper patches. The temper and resilience these guys have... To add icing to this shitcake, I like how the patch notes still don't have any information on the skill changes. "Full details will be available later". Let me guess, KR did not even tell them what the changes are? I guess they'd rather invest in BnS 3 for your toaster and calculator.

Elaborate on this, please. Are you saying that those 99% are cheaters who are now unhappy because they can no longer get HM Coins by cheating? If so, then I'm sick of people putting me and other legit players in the same basket with cheaters. Also, where do people pull these numbers from (95%, 99%...), out of their ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤?

I have not been using any 3rd party launchers since UE4. I am also playing on a 100% clean client. I feel punished because now I don't have any reason to play the game; can't get HM Coins, can't afford NCoins. According to your logic, every single person being punished was a 100% cheater. Think better before opening your mouth next time. I might be really wrong and I don't like the guy you are talking about either but let me say this. You sound like one of those autistic german whales who tell me to just play the game to get to their giga-whale gear tiers. The sad reality is it does not matter how much I grind because I will always die in 1-2 hits to any maxed giga-whale. We, F2P players, simply cannot compete anymore in 6v6. The dudes, who call me trash because of my gear, don't know what it's like to play on F2P account. I've been watching them for years and they've always been spending. These narrow-minded pricks just don't see anything behind their mountains of gear. Does it mean I should not try to improve my gear? No. However, 6v6 will still be too p2w for us to enjoy.
