you would think a sensible person would've stopped after 300 keys. after a certain number of keys and getting nothing, it's insane that a person would continue to partake in such actions and expect a different result. it should be painfully clear, after a hundred or two. that you've been scammed. dont support game companies that do this.

if you can get new people into the game and give them free gear, then only have 5-10% stay and actually spend money, they did their job. This isn't about F2P players

When it comes to rng boxes like this one, I just purchase them daily and open all of them usually on the last day or the following day when they're no longer available for purchase. out of the 21, or 22, boxes hoarded, I ended up getting the Rhapsody outfit 3 times. For me at least, it has always been the case that I get the outfit when using this method and I usually get the outfit more than once.

This is just bad on NCSOFTs part. Made it really clear that they dont care about their player community. to repeatedly tell us that old items will be switched to the new items and it doesnt happen. leaving the community holding items that we cant even use and forcing us to farm again for something they broke themselves. this is a big slap to the face. I normally spend roughly $300-500 on trove to support this game, but after this stunt im no longer doing that. Im sure there is going to be another person to take my place in spending money, but they couldve had my money too as well. not going to support a game that treats its players like garbage.
