Hello all & @Green Storm, I would like to react on the Producer's letter in this topic, because there are some questions and requests in my head regarding this: -Firstly: "With the Gold economy in a better place, we are currently gathering and analyzing data to strike a balance between Gold and material acquisition, focusing on making the in-game experience smoother." Thank you and fine, we definitely have gold now. However, what are your planings regarding the moonstone and soulstone lack in the game? Do you know that most players don't like going to arena and BG to earn tradeable soulstones? And mostly, we don't want to pay for it in cash shop because theese materials didn't have high value for 6 years? Currently there is no PVE source of them. We infomed you about this half year ago. Now the most players are stuck with their gear, since the materials which requires soulstone and moonstone to create/craft, skyrocketed and overpriced because of the very limited way to acquire. -Secondly: "We’d also like to highlight the changes to the Dragon Express for Premium members. Hearing from Premium users that the rewards felt outdated and unrewarding was feedback we took to heart. " That's a nice thing, please keep it upgraded with every patch, just like you did it a few years ago. -Thirdly and the most important: "The first month with lighter content will be February, and the second is projected for September. " Theese sentences are need to be clarifyed as soon as possible. As you know we had a dungeon update (Chimera lab) at the beginning of december, and during the holiday season, the community had much more time "finish" the gear obtaining content. Truly hope and required to get the new dungeon (Halls of Ephiphany). 3 months or more without new content never happened and completely unacceptable. Give us the soulboost new season and new dungeon at February 8th. We don't want to wait for content, with a returning event only. - And lastly: The gear upgrade gate compared to Korea. I know that the Korean community get's a lot more materials such as free dungeon dynamic reward resets from Hongmoon Store, 500 vials/ event, higher value of accessory upgrade materials, tier higher gems, etc. And West got 2 years old gem vouchers all time, such as weapon gems (hexagonal), and pet gems (sparkling octa and triangular legendary), just don't feel worth to buy them. I think the developement team need to ask about the community regarding the upcaming bundles what should be contain, before they releasing it. Final sentence: Just make give us more Sacred vials/sterling scales/stigma crystals/Oculus Stones/Starcoss stones/Soulstones/Moonstones and continuously 2 monthly dungeons. Thanks and regards.

Dear @Green Storm, I kindly recommend you to forward my request to the development team which is: - 50 Demonsbane token /character (so for example 15x50 tokens on a maxed character slot account) only for calendar week 52/2022. I hope this is the first and the last time that we should experience such inconveniences like we won't receive any rewards from demonsbane ranking system, and we are informed about that at maintenance day. You should provide the correct rewards you mention ingame at 07.12.2022. We understand that we will receive a compensation bundle later this week, but that is far not compensating if you put honing oils and etc in the bundle. Please come back to us with a fair answer asap and hoping for we will receive our correct rewards shortly. This method is also expected for next week including venture tokens. Please don't make our competitions unrewarded, don't make us disappointed and angry. Thanks a lot. BR

Hello@Hime, Nothing happened since you informed about key refunds. Those who affected Wednesday about the crit meter bugs, also need key refund because it's unfair when you using hundreds of keys and got guaranteed crap insted of guaranteed 2-3 star rewards. Kindly waiting your next step.

This trove every time getting worse and worse ! Old content rewards inside and cosmetic items in 3 start crits? this was the last time I played trove. Next time should implement separate keys for example cosmetic keys, old content keys, and whale keys because there are too many rewards and too rare that you can get what you want thx.

Hello all, I've been experiencing a very frustrating thing, that's more than half year ago NCWEST released hongmoon pentagonal gems, and since 2 RNG box and 1 trove, there was 0,0001% of players got a single pentagonal gem from trove, from the 60 oils crit!!! I've been following NCWEST's release strategy since years, and i can say when a new gem came out, it was avaiable at that moment from RNG boxes or trove! Since we have wait a lot time for penta came out, you can only transmute them because there is no other real way to get them. Also the lower tier square ones are extremely rare( i got 1 normal square from 500 keys in last trove). And don't tell that RNG is working as intended, because it's obvious you don't want us to get those shitty penta gems, only for paying thousands of euros! Also experiencing that you input high tier souls in trove, and new players don't know the chances of those items, maybe 1/10.000 keys, so they feel scammed as well as me, who wanted pentagonals from last trove. I highly recommend @NCWEST to change this scamming module of troves, or I will buy no more keys/chest like theese. Forwardly thanks for your listening.

Thanks Nialen for sharing your experiences. I also very unsatisfied due i bought the 6 pet gem pack 2mins after server start after maintenance, and i got 6 hepta pet gems, and 4 duelers from RNG box. I supposed that it's have the same system like Hongmoon gem selection chests. They did not inform us about the gem rates are close to 0% regarding higher tiers. Also they didn't inform us regarding you will get RNG box after RNG box. Good job of spending 100€ on thing you didn't really needed. Support didn't deal with me. It's working as intended and they give no refunds even NCSOFT didn't informed you in every part of their product. In my eyes, they were cheated me.

Hello NC employee's At really first, i need an explanation why did you change the player limit at Hunter's refuge map from 300 to 50, and now to 200, when you originally stated 300 at patch notes. Secondly, I recommend that make additional channels to this map( 3-5 total),but don't give chance to change between channels!! Because there are many people who want to participate in this event, but after the loading screen ends, only can see many many people standing in front of the gate!! There are guilds who killing the non guild members and recruiting their people from outside, ergo after the event started shortly, the playerbase not changing inside, because members dont kill each other!! In this case, the same playerbase ( all of ~2%) can take part the event every day! You think it's fair? Give opportunity to higher number of playerbase! There are many people who have slower PC, or not endgame PVP gear guild.... Hoping you will think about it before event ends. Thanks

Greetings to NCSOFT employee's! I regret to say to you by the name of all Force Master users that you nerfed the Force Master with the awakened patch far far down from other classes in PvP. I have spoken with many FM-s from the top 30( im also top23 right now) EU BG players and we are all shocked by theese skill changes: Fire Spec: -deleted blocker impact, it means we are dangerously unsheltered against melee attacks... can you imagine that?? -KD skill inserted to frost stance. that's make FM take more time to switch from fire to frost stance to use KD skill, it looses too much valuable time when attacking. -Asteroid nad fire dance have 2 sec !!!CASTING!!!! time. Are you kidding us? While FM start to cast a spell, three players going to CC and instant kill it. There is no reason for use theese skills while have casting time on them. For real, tell a single class which have casting time on main damaging skills? ONLY FM! And i saw videos from other country server that awakened FM can move and combat during casting asteroid skill..... Recommendation: -implement block impact to fire talent -delete casting time from Asteroid, Flame Dance Frost spec: -The main problem that there is absolutely no DMG dealt in this specialization. Wardens can deal easily deal 5-6 million DMG per one round, while FM 1-2M. Painfully unfair!!! -Cast time on Frost Tornado and Ice Comet. I told what the problem about this on the bottom. Recommendation: -increase the DMG deal of frost attack skills -delete casting time from Frost Tornado, Ice Comet. We all hope that you can feel that it's very huge problem that will/already makes/maked many FM mains leave the game. I,/we have years a lot of invested time and real money for high PvP gear and right now for us the PvP unenjoyable. I belive that together we can restore FM power again to PvP.
