  1. Thanks for this thread!

Name of the item: Secret Agent
    Category of the item: Outfit
How was it previously released: Talus Engineer Corps Dungeon Quest
When was it last released? Last obtainable in 2018 before the removal of Viridian-Moonwater dailies.

    * This one was mentioned previously and I'm seconding it. I farmed for this outfit endlessly back in the day, but my RNG was never good enough to get it before the quest was removed.

    Name of the item: Purity
    Category of the item: Outfit
How was it previously released: 2nd Anniversary event
When was it last released? January 2018

Name of the item: Blue Sunglasses
Category of the item: Face Adornment
How was it previously released: It's listed under "Hongmoon Store" in the Wardrobe, so I assume it was released there at some point.
When was it last released? I have no idea as I've never seen it personally and could not find any information online.

Name of the item: Starslayer, Starslayer Cape,  Starslayer Hood, Starslayer Mask
Category of the item: Outfit,  Adornment, Head Adornment, Face Adornment
How was it previously released: HM store box
When was it last released? February 2018

Name of the item: Shadow Crusade, Shadow Crusade Hood
Category of the item: Outfit, Head Adornment
How was it previously released: You could register to redeem it when FM third spec was released
When was it last released? June 2020

Name of the item: Escort Officer, Oath Token, Officer's Sedge Hat
Category of the item: Outfit, Head Adornment, Head Adornment
How was it previously released: Merchant of Wonders
When was it last released? Before the removal of Merchant of Wonders, I'm not sure when he was last available

    * Escort Officer set isn't my top preference of outfit, but I never got to complete the collection on all the characters I wanted to before the merchant was removed and I'd always hoped for another way.

The worst part about this is they write they cannot give any additional info but no matter how much times you answer so they dont close the ticked they keep closing it till you are eventually banned even thou you didnt do anything wrong you just want your unsolved support ticket to have the status unsolved aswell.

Its only for their quota i tell you their boss is probably expecting x ammount of solved tickets per day otherwise you get a talk with ur boss. I worked in that kind of buisness too its hell but its no excuse for doing something like this i mean just skip the ticket if you cant solve it !

P.S i just updated my ticket so its unsolved again support was already annoyed last time i wrote maybe they force close it now or something.

Yeah, I also work in a tech support job with a ticket system and having massive amounts of unclosed tickets just looks bad - sometimes there are set KPOs for workers and teams where they can get into serious trouble/get fired if they haven't closed a certain amount of tickets, or if they leave a lot of tickets sitting open for a long period of time.

Some systems don't really account for the amount of times people reply back - even if there are circumstances that delay the resolution of the issue, all the system sees is that the ticket has been open for several weeks, and that looks bad on the performance record. Often when these kinds of mass issues happen, management will basically just say to keep sending automated replies back (saying "our team is working on it") and close the tickets, because they'll put out some kind of mass statement at some point and they will consider that the resolution.

  3. If you want to take away outfits obtained after the exploit, fine. But if you can't do it without also removing legitimate items that people paid real money for then maybe you shouldn't do it. Was there supposed to be some kind of date check on this to see if the costumes were obtained after the exploit? If so it clearly didn't work - I had my Oracle taken away that I got from boxes purchased with the original Moontide tokens, my Crimson Butterfly that I've had for well over a year (I don't even remember which box it was originally from), and my Rosethorn that was gifted to me by a friend for my birthday.

Several of my friends also purchased Chromatic Thread legitimately (via trove or directly from the HM store) in order to customize costumes that were taken away - whether the costumes were exploited or not, the threads that they paid real money for should still be refunded.

  4. Ticket #: 23598196

    Character: Palavar

    Server: Yura

All of these outfits were obtained legitimately before the bug happened or at least before knowledge of it was widespread, but were removed from my account regardless:

1x Oracle (obtained from boxes I purchased with real money during the original Moontide box event)

1x Crimson Butterfly (also obtained legitimately from boxes before the exploit)

1x Rosethorn (purchased for me by a friend, who bought it at full price on F5 marketplace before the exploit, and sent it to me as a birthday gift).

I don't have any screenshots of my original purchases as it was a long time ago and I did not exactly anticipate this occurrence. Please take my word that these three outfits were obtained legitimately and I would like them restored. Thank you.
