I know I have to be aware , I also play it since it before it was eve adapted for Na/eu, love the game , but just don’t understand what is the obsession with all the untreatable bonus packs and decided to write a suggestion for the first time :) not trying to cry here , thanks for the advice ;)

Hello there, I have recently returned to play BnS and I discovered that almost all of my items were already very basic (which is normal after a 2 year break). I was very hyped and hasty to discover what was new and I somehow managed to open my THORNBREAKER WEAPON chest and the WEAPON UPGRADE CHEST on different characters. I contacted the support but they were not able to help me as I have already opened my chests , not just collected them. So now I have my weapon in my Gunslinger and my upgrade materials in my Warlock. I believe other people have done the same. My suggestion is to add the THORNBREAKER weapon chest in the NC Store in some of the following maintenances, or at least to add it as a reward in any of the following events. This way , people who have somehow managed to fail using there gifts in a proper way, would be able to compensate for their mistake. Any opinions on that?
