@HimeCan u explain why are ur company nerfing the trove during the trove event ? It's not one of ur rules that people have to get the same possibility to drop the same thing in the events ? (Trove included) And the people opening the trove from now on are not going to get less gold ? Are ur company going to break it's own rules ? @Hime got my rhosethorn from 2019 cosmetic contest prize winner for the 10 finalist. I got my silver saber fang this sunday from the staff as a prize in 2020 cosmetic contest. Lost dresses took from past troves. Is this a meme or wat ? really give a clearly explanation cause ur staff is deleting things took with real money . Ban people for what ? they already made a price error like the alternative path for the new raid weapon last week. They ban the people that use that "wrong price" weapon last week ? **** no !! they actually reroll back their steel breaker weapon stage3 to thornbreaker 9 for let them use the "wrong price" and make the weapon direct to 6 . XD it's the same kind of bug /exploit and they did nothing back last week. Next mainteinance they will probably fix the price and nothing more. ps Welcome to Blade and Soul

Hi @Cyan!! Soooo nice patch . Just as info ! After a bugged first day (only 50 player can go in ) and today server down for fix maint (so no one can join ). We deserve a compensation i hope? Like a really really hope. 2 days of a worth event literally wasted for staff problem ( as usual?) . Thank for ur answer

From this link "Not every violation of the rules will lead to an account closure. Just because an account is shared does not mean the account will be blocked, and if a shared account is not blocked at a particular time, it does not mean the sharing is allowed.". Basically the staff can decide to ban or not. It's against the rules but it's not an instaban the staff can decide what to do for every report they get and "The rule is there to protect the account holder, not to punish. The rule is also there as an supplement to other more serious rules – for example, account sharing cannot be used as an excuse for some other rule being broken.". So more or less 100% staff decide and they can even not ban.
